Product fantastic, delivery and after care POOR!
Have ordered from Treather.com before and had no problems. This time we ordered for the first time delivery for a Saturday BEFORE 1pm, we paid a premium price for this to happen. We are based in New Zealand and so we find delivery services imperative.
On the day we got an email from the courier company telling me they would try to deliver between 8am and 6pm and that the recipient should stay in as they need to sign for it. This is not what we requested or paid for.
I forwarded the email to Treather.com customer services and was met by rude response blaming the courier company and that because we had ordered a product over a certain weight it had to be sent out differently to usual orders - so it was OUR FAULT.
Eventually the parcel arrived (luckily the recipient was caught at home just after 2pm) and the product was like the other things we have ordered fantastic. I did reply to the customer services email saying this was not right, blaming the customer for a product being over the weight limit - but never heard anything back.
If you are ordering, make sure its a simple order. Dont ask for anything special, or for them to go out of their way to help if things go wrong.

Thanks for your invaluable feedback, and sorry to hear you've not had a great experience with TreatHer.com on this occasion.
Although the emails from the courier DPD say 8am-6pm, they usually always deliver before 1pm on Saturdays unless they can't get hold of the recipient at the delivery address. This is why we state that Saturday deliveries are before 1pm.
DPD's online tracking system shows the parcel was successfully delivered at 11am. You mentioned that the order was not actually received until 2pm and we'll definitely speak to the courier about this discrepancy. Although courier timings are ultimately out of our control, we do try to work with only the best couriers in the UK and we'll use this feedback in our next consultation with them.
