Efficient and comprehensive online ordering. Prompt delivery. Sufficient packaging. Quality of the boots are to a high standard and as they were in the sale I got them for a bargain price.

Loved the shoes. Beautiful to look at and comfort of trainers. I have plantar faciitis n sever joint problems. Wore these shoes with seperately bought gel insoles for heels for extra comfort & loved them. Im usually a size 5 but these need to be bought 1size smaller to your regular shoe size. Doesnt need to be worn into perfect size and comfort tge way the arrive.👍👍👍

Having used to live in Camberley 10 years ago, I popped back to see my mother the other day and take her shopping. She had some Skechers to bring back because they were too small, all she wanted was an exchange to a higher size! I was greeted in the store by a lovely lady whose name I cannot remember, she helped my mother try on a few pairs of shoes, and finally she find some that fit on her wide feet! Over to the till point where I came across a chap of the name of Andrew I think it was, he must be very new because it seemed like he had absolutely no idea what was going on... firstly I was told that I wasn't able to get a refund, which was fine because my mother wanted an exchange, he then proceeded to talk to my mother in a very demeaning and rude manner and completely ignored me when I tried to explain that I was doing the transaction on her behalf because she was deaf. It seemed like this frustrated him completely and he let out a sigh. After a few more minutes (seemed like months) of flustering around, the exchange was done and I had a happy mother. I have never come across somebody so rude in a shop before in my life.

Disappointed as I ordered my wife a pair of Uggs online in the sale and ordered the size she always has with every other pair off Ugg's and when arrived they were far too small. Know I accept that this in itself is the fault of the manufacture but my issue is that on the website there wasn't any reviews of that type of boot or any warning that this style comes up small. When calling our local store to see if they had any in stock the lady on the phone told me this was a regular occurrence with this style so a warning in advance of purchase would have been nice as I would of then brought a size up. Know the size needed is out of stock. When I called the main number the gentleman did offer to speak with the purchasing team to see if they can get any more in and promised me he would email me but this email never appeared.

The only other alternatives I have been given was to return (which we have to our Local store) or to spend an extra £100 on a different type of Ugg.

Great customer service! Needed a pair of trainers next day before going on holiday so I called up and they had them dispatched and provided a tracking number within minutes. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered 2 pair of boots on the 22/8..on the 23/8.. email to say despatched but may arrive separately.. 1 box arrived
I rang treds 2 weeks later, then again 18th sept..they again are looking into it.. not good enough, so no, I'm not happy... and still waiting for an answer

Really easy to order and they were really helpful

I ordered some size 6 Superdry boots and when they arrived they were a size 5. I contacted customer services by email and corresponded with Abbie. The customer service I received was excellent and quick. My replacement boots were sent out the next day.

I feel as if the whole returns process is a joke. I had to result to paying to return my product at a extra cost of £2.90. When compared to other companies who provide free returns I feel as if it's disgusting to ask customers to do pay for this. It's definitely taught me not to buy from you again.
