Cannot adhere to delivery times
Ordered an item from this company for a Wedding Anniversary, which was listed as in stock with a delivery date which was workable. 5 days after purchase I get an E-mail stating the item is now out of stock and therefore will not be delivered. This left me with little to no time to find an alternative. 1) Why are out of stock items listed online as in stock. 2) Why did it take 5 days to confirm the situation. 3) Why do you have delivery dates which your company can't adhere to. I should have read all the numerous reviews with similar experiences. Thankfully a competitor company was able to provide a solution.

The tree itself is fine and arrived in good condition, so no issues so far with the product.
However, the customer service experience was extremely frustrating. I was led to believe the delivery was delayed beyond the timeframe stated on their website, and when I contacted them to cancel the order due to it no longer being fit for purpose, my questions about my consumer rights were repeatedly ignored.
Instead of acknowledging the point I raised, I was told the order would be “reviewed if needed,” which felt dismissive and gave the impression that my rights as a consumer were not being properly understood or taken seriously.
I later received an email saying there had been a “system issue” and that the tree was already out for delivery that day. While the situation eventually resolved itself when the tree arrived, the communication and handling of the query left a lot to be desired.
The product is fine, but the customer service experience and lack of clear communication made the process unnecessarily frustrating. Based on other reviews mentioning delivery issues, it seems this may not be an isolated problem.
Stop taking extra money!
This company needs to stop taking extra money for nominated day deliveries that they fail to uphold.
If your advertising 'gifts & to door' it suggest logistics would be tried & tested.
I try to buy & support smaller companies rather than the big chains but after contacting them I have been given excuses including the weather which is mild & dry for a reason of their failure to provide what they took my money for.

UPDATE - Subsequent to this post, the company’s customer service team have undertaken a number of actions which have demonstrated acknowledgment of the issue, as well as their best efforts to respond accordingly. As a result, I would consider using them again and I have amended my rating.

For the second time I used Tree2mydoor in the UK. On each occasion they were excellent. On both occasions notibly Ryan and Kate were extremely helpful. Additional to that the plants received were very well in great condition.

Ordered for a special birthday
Ordered for a special birthday. Didn’t arrive on the day. Had to chase up. Offered a couple of pounds off delivery cost, but I had bought a delivery pass so this meant nothing, then ignored email. Then I discovered they didn’t send the card I bought to the recipient, and sent my gift in same box with a gift from someone else so person didn’t even know I had sent gift. Very generously refunded my £2.50! Felt like I was being by the unreasonable one. Won’t use again unfortunately.

Great experience all round
Ordered the twisted trunk Olive tree for a friend. I accidentally put my own address as delivery. Called and left a voicemail and got a reply within five minutes confirming correct address. Got next day delivery which arrived at 9am as promised. My friend LOVES the olive tree! All round great service, efficient and polite. Will use again.

Ordered through this company as the website allowed you to specify the delivery date, which was very important as it was a birthday present. Confirmation email said they would be in touch if there was a problem with the date.
There was and they weren’t.
The company are very understanding and blame the courier, somehow forgetting they organised this.
Basically don’t use them if you need the delivery to be date specific, they cannot do it. Look elsewhere.
Disappointed
We paid for an exact day delivery for a Silver Anniversary Rose gift. Unfortunately the rose was delivered a day later than requested, which was very disappointing and upsetting to us. Because of this our daughter wasn’t at the house when it was delivered the next day , she had taken the actual day off from work, and would have been there on the actual day it was requested. We have received an apology and a small offer of refund on postage, I do find it baffling that the delivery was passed to Amazon, who then passed it to Royal Mail, this move in itself would have created a delay , because of the delay , the pleasure of giving this gift was lost.

The rose arrived on time and my sister was thrilled. Despite a total misunderstanding on my part about delivery customer services were polite and helpful even though it was nothing to do with them!!! I can't give 6 stars but I would if I could

I had a issue with a new customer code, RYAN resolved the issue very quickly, he was very understanding, courteous, patience, and had a wonderful manner, he also made sure that the gift of Fab at 60 Rose Bush arrived on time, it actually arrived a day early, the recipient was over the moon with gift as if was a surprise, she took photos of the Rose Bush, it’s going to look beautiful

Don’t buy a dead twig!
Terrible packaging, my tree was so small that it was left to roll up and down the huge box it was delivered in!! When planted ( following their guidelines) the twig did absolutely nothing. Six weeks of watering and nurturing and nothing. When contacted their ‘care’ line , was told ‘it’s your fault it’s dead because you planted it too deep’ !!! Don’t do it, go to a garden centre and choose one you can see is good.

Cherry Tree arrived dead. All their emails go into junk and they take ages to respond.
Do not bother and have a trip down to B&Q and pick up a living tree.
