Bought a jacket from them for Christmas. It broke after 3 hours on a Munro, despite only being used as a base layer. I sent it back, and have heard very little since. It was very expensive and I’ve gone a whole season of work without one, because they refused to replace or refund. It shouldn’t be sent off to a supplier after one use, if it’s broken that early just replace it! Customer service isn’t great. Don’t be allured by their cheap prices, their policy for repairs and refunds is awful.

One of the few shops to stock what I wanted to buy, in my size and preferred colour, outside of the manufacturer's own website, but much much cheaper. Which is surprising, as I suspect it's not the most popular colour... anyway...

Very quick dispatch by Trekitt. But what was more impressive, was the returns process.

You arrange your own returns, but I received an email the day they received it, that included a refund receipt. I also received a notification from PayPal the same day, that my refund had been processed.

It was absolutely the fastest returns process, I've ever experienced.

Sadly the item of clothing I ordered didn't fit well enough to keep, but that's no fault of Trekitt.

I never normally leave reviews but felt the customer service I got from Trekitt was great - especially after I wasn't sure it was a legit company and then read some really negative reviews on here and started to panic when the item that was delivered to me was faulty. I ordered a Patagonia backpack but when it arrived one of the buckles on the strap was sewn the wrong way around so it couldn't stay tightened, and there was no way to twist it round into the right place (a quality control issue). I got in touch with the customer service team on email and was in contact with Rebecca who was fab. She sorted out a pre-paid Royal Mail return label for me to send the bag back and was issued a full refund for bag. Very happy, and pleased I wasn't put off by the other negative reviews on here. I'd definitely recommend them.

Honestly, fastest service ever. Ordered a Black Diamond Cap in the evening, dispatched first thing, arrived in Aberdeenshire next day. Better than Amazon

I ordered an item from this company which I subsequently returned. I followed the return instructions supplied by the website, however the Royal Mail failed to charge me for returning the parcel. I had no return address on this. I tried to contact Royal Mail through a variety of means, but hit a dead end with every enquiry. Trekitt support on the other hand has been fabulous. Responding to emails promptly and offering assistance and advice.I have just received my refund. Still no response from Royal Mail. Thank you Trekitt I thoroughly recommend you.😊

Bought some mountaineering boots and gaiters separately both recently. Both arrived well packaged and super fast. Took 1 day for an email to confirm the parcel had been dispatched and then arrived about 2 days later!
Happy with both experiences so far. Will consider using more often.

Great YouTube channel was able to find a detailed review of the Fjallraven Vardag trousers, placed an order with some confidence of the correct size to order, placed the order on Friday morning (free delivery) trousers arrived Saturday morning! The single best internet shopping experience in living memory. Without any doubt I will order from Trekitt again. So a well deserved five stars from me.

Bought a few items from these guys. Delivery is always fast, and customer service is great. Prices are competitive and they have a good inventory of stock. Trekitt is a well recommended outlet for all outdoors equipment. So a well deserved five stars from me.

Recommend against the use of this company if you are buying costly hiking equipment. The “high performance” walking boots I splashed out on to last for years to come turn out to leak badly. They are unsuitable for the daily dog walks I need them for. Despite all the warrantees and assurances I received at point of sale Trekitt’s response to my complaint has been nothing more than a 50% voucher for another purchase. Trekitt policy seems to be to hide behind the manufacturer and flaunt their responsibilities under UK consumer protection law. I have no confidence in buying from this company again. I am now resorting to the Ombudsman in an effort to get redress. Massively disappointing.

Sent a faulty item, which I returned, which they refused to refund claiming I was responsible for the fault. They then mailed said faulty item back to me 😅

Brilliant! Product was by-far the cheapest I could find online (some Sealskinz gloves). Ordered Saturday, arrived Tuesday. Some negatives reviews made me slightly hesitant, but I will definitely use Trekitt again.

I had to cancel my order so I used the chat. They were brilliant, it was done in minutes and i was updated by email. I have placed two other orders in the last couple of months and they were both processed really quickly and delivered promptly and I'm very pleased with my stuff. Trekitt are my go to for outdoor gear - definitely 5 stars from me.

Returned an item because I wasn't happy with it and got a refund but minus the original postage fee and minus the return postage fee. Not good. It was only a small item and I'm down £6 for nothing.
