First order and everything went smoothly. Very competitive pricing on some sale items. Item dispatched next day and no issues experienced.

3 weeks to receive my order!
All due to the fact that they had not added the first line of my address .. and yes it had been added to the form when purchasing.
I was informed that once they had got it back from Royal mail it would be labelled correctly and shipped once more. I asked for it to be shipped to my work address as it would not be as easy for me to accept it at home due to the length of time it was taking. Didn't happen. Time passed, I asked for a refund. Didn't happen.
Wonder how long this would have dragged on if the parcel was lost.
The package did eventually arrived at my home address but so long and not as requested.
Jacket is great BTW.

Great experience. This is the first time I had used Trekkit so was a bit nervous, but it's a legitimate company with a shop in Hereford and a really extensive range. I ordered a Montane puffer and a couple of other items, all at a brilliant price. They arrived quickly and well packaged. There are postage costs to pay to return items but this is true for many smaller businesses and I don't have a problem with it (although would find it helpful if they could expand to using couriers like InPost lockers or similar). I had to return an item and got a refund very quickly. I recommend and will use again.

Bought a one size fits all woolly hat - it's so small! No mention of the size or that its small. My head is the same size as my 20 something daughter. Not impressed as I have to pay the postage to return and they haven't paid attention to what they sell. Beware of the sizes as they seem to be misleading customers.

First time using so very happy with the price, plus spend of delivery. I had the item in my house less than 20 hours since I ordered. Great service for sure!

Bought a jacket online, the only size left was a size larger than I normally wear but I thought it was worth a try as it seemed like such a good deal and the website states that returns are accepted up to 90 days after purchase. Took the jacket out of the parcel, left all the tags on and tried it on in my living room. It was clearly much too big and loose, so I immediately returned the jacket (at my own cost). I then received an email stating they refused to refund the item as it was damaged, and when pressed, advised that it was stained. When disputed they sent a photo of an absolutely minuscule spot near the zip. I cannot understand how this could have been marked in the brief time I was trying it on in front of a mirror, and the mark is so tiny if it had been there originally I wouldn’t have noticed it unless I had scrutinised the jacket immediately after I had unpacked it, and why would you when it’s a brand new coat?
Reading other reviews now this company clearly has an issue with aftercare and returns, so be very careful of buying online from them as they are clearly looking for any excuse to avoiding having to refund customers, whether by accepting legitimate returns or products supposedly under warranty.

NB after jacket was returned to me I found the tiny mark they had said had damaged the coat, and it was removed easily and completely after one wet wipe. Maybe the company should just state they don’t want to accept returns on their website instead of advertising 90 days?

I ordered a coat with a nice 20% off discount, very happy with the product. I received a dispatched email only 30 mins after purchase and the item was delivered the next day so couldn't be happier. For reference I paid for the parcelforce(24) delivery option.

Wow, such a quick turnaround. My Rab coat was £100 (about 30%) less than any of the well-known outdoors brands and it arrived 24 hours after purchasing online with free delivery. Considering we are a week from Christmas, I am so impressed with this quick turnaround at such a good price.

Helpful staff who answer the telephone promptly. Efficient service and competitively priced gear.

It's such a pleasure to have such efficient service from a company. Support answered my query quickly about the waterproofing of the coat I ordered. But what really impressed me was it arrived 2 days after I ordered and was in an amazing package which was a giant paper envelope completely recyclable but also reusable with a hidden glue strip
If the item needs returning. Not to mention I love the quality and fit of the coat. Can't praise them enough.!!
Have worn the coat for a walk this afternoon in the snow. Super cozy and dry. Love it .

I ordered a coat for my husband and delivery was very speedy. Unfortunately at 6ft 3 it was too short. I emailed and asked for return instructions as I do not know how to access them online. (My age 84!). Jay replied immediately and explained how I should do it, which I did. My refund to my amazement came day after receiving return. Absolutely outstanding service from this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them. Sincere thanks to all.

Have shopped with Trekkit for a few years and different things have come up that do concern me.

1. Not keenly priced but to add to the pricing issue they make you pay for postage and if you have an issue with the item, you have to pay to return the item.

2. Reward system, I could never see this at check out time and always had to email to find out what was the value of my rewards, they do not display on your account so that you can add the discount and to add insult, if you do not use your rewards within 12mths they no longer apply. This is not made clear all though I’m sure they would say it’s in the small print.

3. When I had a faulty item (Darn Tough socks) which carry a lifetime guarantee, they made the process so laborious, I even sent in photos of fault etc and they wanted a blow by blow account as to how it happened. I just gave up and chucked the socks out. This should have been a simple matter of send back and we will issue a new pair.

This issues have taken place over the last two years and I wasn’t going to do anything about it but when I did complain and they asked me what the problem was as to my bad experience. I told them and surprise…..radio silence.

I write this to inform, you make your own decision but if I have had this experience them I’m sure other customers have too.

Wow! What a service. After reading Trekkit reviews on Trustpilot and watching their comprehensive video review of the Rab Mens Electron Pro Jacket on their website, I decided to place an order at 1.45pm on Friday afternoon. I immediately received a confirmation email, followed by a purchase receipt and then tracking details later in the day. The jacket arrived Monday morning. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

I'm loving Trekitt, quality gear, good prices and fast, well packaged delivery. They like to look after the planet too. Top notch company from what I can see. 👍

Bought a pair of trousers that were too small so returned them for a refund. The refund was processed the same day that they received the return. I have never had such a quick turnaround on a refund and it wasn't their fault in anyway that they didn't fit. 1st class service

Before choosing trekitt I did a fare bit of research they were comparable with 1 other supplier with regard to price but they were the only 1 with available stock so I went ahead and purchased (Salomon Mens X Ultra 4 Mid Wide GTX Black) and so glad I did. I ordered on a Thursday and they arrived totally unexpectedly on the Sat. They fitted perfectly and I’m so happy with both the service I’ve received and the pricing and the product no hesitation in recommending this company.
