I was initially impressed but it soon changed. I find the returns policy to be misleading. It clearly states on your website that you can return within 30 days, no questions asked, and that is placed prominently at the top of the site. Although, after contacting customer services , where I received a response from an "AI agent" (this is wrong on so many levels), that any package that has been opened is unable to be returned. I can tell you for certain that I will not be using trendhim again. For a site which sells jewellery to have a policy like this is wrong, and for them to use AI instead of employing real people, I will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered from them a few years ago and it was good back then. But unfortunately no more.

First time ordering from these guys… looks like my item has been lost in transit.. I’m being told that it will be delivered today, but the tracking hasn’t moved since the 23rd. I’ve been in contact with them 3 times today, and no help what so ever. I’ve asked them to send out a replacement with DHL, they are telling me they can’t.

Ordered the Fortis steel and rose gold titanium ring absolutely love this ring!! Initial problem was the ring was too big, we returned it with absolutely no problem and the new (correct size) ring arrived 4 days later in time for our holiday/ birthday celebration. The ring is really eye catching looks great and really good quality. Wanted something a little different and special and it certainly didn’t disappoint! Highly recommend this ring and company will use again and have recommended to several friends!!

Ordered my items over a week ago and they still haven’t arrived contacted Royal Mail and they pointed me to trendhim customer service but they have not responded absolutely gutted as they usually do quite well with delivery but this is a joke I am still waiting for my goods now which is now coming to 2 weeks and still nothing

Very poor experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere rather than purchasing from Trendhim.

Delivery delayed, customer service appalling and I don’t feel the quality is great, most certainly not for the price charged.

I ordered two items from Trendhim which were due to arrive within 3-5 days. Didn’t arrive until 10’days after I ordered them, and only after I had to raise a complaint to the courier they use (Evri) as the item had apparently gone missing.

When the item arrived it was too small. I ordered a large, they’d sent me a medium.

I Contacted customer service who informed me that I had ordered the wrong size as I’d ordered a Medium, however when I reviewed the invoice they had supplied me after my order was placed I most certainly hadn’t ordered a medium.

This company really is the best site of its kind that I've come across. I've used well known sellers before but this company beats them all hands down. The range of products they sell is massive and very well priced. The ordering process is a sinch and the free delivery and cash back - well come on, Where else do you get that? They're my go to site.
