My husband has been determined to buy an auto lock belt.
All attempts to find something suitable in a selection of high street stores have been of very disappointing quality.
After researching online sites, the Trendhim website not only had what he was looking for, but also looked very promising in relation to the quality of products and had very good customer reviews.
Fast forward a couple of weeks....the order of his 2 auto lock belts (in different colours) has arrived and they are fab. The leather is of great colour and quality and they were dispatched and delivered very quickly. An email enquiry about sizing was also dealt with very quickly.

Terrible customer service and still no refund!

I bought a gift card for my husband so he could choose a bracelet himself. He ordered it on October 24th, but when it arrived, it was too small. We contacted customer service and were told to return it so they could exchange it for a bigger size.

After sending it back, we heard nothing. We had to chase them ourselves. They confirmed they received the bracelet and asked for the gift card number to issue a new one. We sent it — again no updates. After more chasing, they then asked for our bank details to issue a refund instead.

It’s now been two weeks, and still no refund. On Monday, I finally got an email saying the refund process had started and that we would receive the money within 5 days. It’s now day 6, and we still have nothing.

Very poor communication, slow responses, and absolutely unacceptable service. I do not recommend this store.
