Ordered a product on 8th of November
Ordered a product on 8th of November, payed express delivery, today is 19th of November, the order still did not arrived. Talked with customer support only to have a 2nd order shipped, which was canceled as well without any explanation provided. One of the worst experiences with customer support that I had. I would rate it 0 if the system allowed. And no, I do not want a discount to make yourself look better.
