The products were lower quality than I expected, basically it was my fault because I didn’t scroll down to check the specs and see that the medalion I was ordering was only 1g in weight. Plus the leather necklace feels like plastic, the leather is treated in a such a way that it feels like rubber and plastic rather than leather. The only option I had in the purchase was the size of the necklace, and I didn’t research enough, I was ready to pay much more if the products were in a higher quality. I will not rush next time I make a purchase but it will be from a different store.

Hat shipped in an envelope
I bought a whool Fedora hat from them and they shipped it in a big envelope.
When I took it out of the envelope, it looked like a crumpled handkerchief.
Never ever I'll buy something from them.
P.S. so I've changed the one star to four stars because of how they've dealed with this issue.
Received today a properly packed hat in a box.
