Late delivery...special occasion
The delivery was late...they brag with delivering the products within a maximum of 4 working days..in my case they were 6..and I really needed them to be 4. I specifically chose their website because of this...and when signalling this to them, they chose to treat the situation with a lack of empathy. This was my first and last order from them.

Products that don't look new
I have ordered a Valentine's Day gift for my half, and unfortunately I was disappointed to receive the delivery package opened, no seal for any product inside, like it was already touched by someone else before (resold or something like that). Being under time pressure, I haven't canceled the order and now I regret.

Almost perfect
The services were perfect (order tracking option, information, voucher in the package). I ordered a belt and a set of cufflinks. I am very happy with the belt but one of the cufflinks has a flaw, unfortunately. It is a piece where it is not glued well.

Everything was great
Everything was great. I ordered a pair of leather fingerless gloves. The delivery was fast, the gloves are soft and fit my boyfriend perfectly. He now wears them almost daily because apparently they make him look cool :)
