The watch is great but…
The watch is great, the style very cool… but the clasp on the strap is junk. Such a shame they did not get that small but essential detail right.
As for ordering and delivery, all good.

EDIT - This review got their attention and the order came overnight, unfortunately though still 2 days too late. 4 stars because the items look dope. DO BETTER. Denmark to Sweden should be 1 day.

I enquired with customer service before writing this review, but all they gave me was basically lies and PR bs.
I CAN SEE WITH 17TRACK MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN PICKED UP YET.
I got an email 4 days ago at 9am saying my order had "left the building", and when asked about the sincerity of the email I was told it must have been an "error in the system" and should not have used that exact wording, but instead phrased it in a way that didn't make the email a COMPLETE LIE.
Look, lots of e-stores send similar emails, and the are all mostly sent before pick-up. But those companies also get the products to the customer ON TIME!
Fix it quickly if you want my rating to change.

I've ordered three times so far, and I have to order once more... I love the ring, and it is very pretty... But getting the right size by their chart is crazy hard... First time I used a ring previously worn and its size, came way too big, next time I measured the inside of the ring I got and compared it with my husbands finger and change the difference, but now it was the wrong ring, so I ordered a new ring and measured around his finger, got the right ring but it was still to big.. I still love the ring so maybe the fourth time is the charm.. It has become quite expensive compared to my original order.
