I bought a black titanium ring from this company, but (as expected from a first time ring buyer) i ordered the wrong size, which they take back and sent me a different size free of charge. Fast forward a year, it has scraped off its black color on the edges, and these people went above and beyond to help me.
They sent me a voucher for a free ring of my choice in that value and i got a new tungsten-carbide one, while letting me keep the titanium one.
Here you can see that they really do care more about customer satisfaction than anything.
definetly recommend them, they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and get what you want
