Not happy at all
I have made a very mixed experiance with Trendhim.
First of all You recieve lot of e-mails about how perfect a customer You are... after first purchase. Makes very isincere impression.
After the reality hits You. I paid in advance and waited for the package. After it dint arive in 3 days I contacted customer service. They ensured me goods are on the way however the parcel stracking showed they did not even recieve the package from Trendhim. I the end the very kind custoemr service agreed to return to me the money.
I thought mistakes can happen so I tried to order the goods again. This time I opted to pay to the courrier (not in advance). This time the package arrived within 48 hours. But geuss what? From my purchase of 120 EUR the goods for 60 EUR were missing!!! So I immediatelly called the cusotmer service, They apologized and sent me the missing goods. They arrived again within 48 hours.
So after two weeks, lot of mails and calls I have everything I ordered.
Positive is they were able to solve all the issue, I have all the products and didnt loose an money. However this is not an experience I want to repeat or would recommend to anybody else

I was searching on many websites about to buy nice and clean accessories for my self, but there was some key points that may me force to leave that e-shop. BUT this one is different!!!
Design of this website/e-shop is totally intuitive very nice done UI/UX man it took me less than 10 seconds to find what I want. Filter great. Nicely done Images/Gifts short videos of products and using it. Script/Text nicely description of products. Price is good, quality of product perfect. What images are saying is what you get ;). Email communication, Tracking delivery and SMS very nicely done from begining to end. Newsletter and free fashon advices. I recommended it for 6 STARS!!! Thanks you are doing very good job. "I feel well on your website" - hmm it could be a new slogan Feel good on website :)
