Poor quality, worst customer experience
If there was a zero rating I will give that. Very very poor quality of products, worst customer service . Faded, pilling on clothes, looks like an old product. Customer service folks are rude, unresponsive, they reply to you after days. No refund policy and they try to cover up by saying it’s stretched beyond its limit. Even after looking at pictures they simply deny. All the reviews posted are fake. my biggest mistake was to try this website. The product is no where close to the pictures posted. In this world of providing customer experience they are living in the world of just making one time forced customers ( obviously since no one is going to buy again) !

Don’t buy any items from trendize
Don’t buy any items from trendize. They will trap you when order is placed and no response once order is placed and you can’t cancel the order. You will get same product in Amazon for almost 40-50% discount from trendize with return option, which is not available in trendize. I’m am literally trapped by trendize and they are not refunding amount that I paid.

BEWARE: do not purchase from Trendize.
I ordered stretchable sofa covers from TRENDIZE.IN in december 2022 and paid INR 5747. However the product I received was not what I paid for. They are not stretchable as advertised, plus very poor quality. No response to calls, emails and what's app. Is this your customer service? I would appreciate if you could either send me the product I ordered or refund my money.

Fake Chair Cover
I purchased magic universal chair cover cross brown , 6pieces for 1899. The seat covers said that the material was strechable. That is not the case. The material is extremely poor quality and nothing to close to the add. If you try to stretch the cloth it will easily tear apart.
I tried calling on the support number 8484934788 but it continues to not respond and diverts me to another what's app number which is 9318319925. No response yet. Can you please help me with a refund
