Complicated
I wanted to place a bid, it was not simple to understand. Then the seller made a higher bid, but the payment failed. We had to cancel, I made a new bid, it worked. Then the good were a little bit more worn than expected according to the description ("Worn two times", it must have been long times then). All in all still an acceptable deal, but omg that was complicated....

Best platform in Denmark, in my opinion. I am grateful for all it’s done for me and more
This app has been my favourite platform an a love of mine from the beginning, throughout the 5 years I’ve used it I have only been met with great service from this company.
I’m saddened to the toxicity being spread across here throughout the years, not more than ever I feel this is being used as a trash can for bad mouthing, toxic language and selling counterfeits.
With this being said I have nothing but positive things to say about the company and their sweet and helpful employees, the users are just consumers and I feel sorry that it has come to this.
I can’t thank everyone who’s helped from Trendsales as well as honest and genuine customers/consumers for all the great memories as well as clothes I have bought and sold and those outweighs all the negativity among users that I have experienced.
I would recommend this to everyone and I have found this to be the only platform I have such a relationship to as to where i feel an emotional connection

Unacceptable user treatment
A client wanted to refund during my summer leave for China. I received the email and letter when I returned to Denmark 3 weeks after. Please be aware that gmail and european APPs such as trendsales app are blocked in China.
I processed the refund to the client the first thing when I returned to Denmark., However trendsales wanted to charged me 100kr fee for delay. I don't think it's right. The service people told me i can send a complaint but my email is just ignored.
