I placed my order almost a month ago

I placed my order almost a month ago, well before Chinese New Year. When I started asking why it hadn’t shipped, I was told the warehouse was closed for Chinese New Year. However, they have now been open for over two weeks, and my order is still not shipped.

Every day I contact customer support, and every day I hear a new excuse about why the order hasn’t been sent. The only “solution” they offer is to wait, which I have already been doing for weeks.

A supervisor even told me on March 2nd that the order would ship on March 8th, but now it’s March 10th and there is still no shipment and no update. The supervisor has also stopped responding completely.

To make matters worse, the only compensation they offered was $20 on a wholesale order, which is extremely disappointing considering the inconvenience and the amount of time wasted. Instead of offering something reasonable like express shipping or a proper solution, they expect customers to just keep waiting.

I have been placing orders with this company for over 2 years, and unfortunately I keep facing the same issues over and over again. For a company of this size, the customer support and problem resolution are far below acceptable standards. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. i would never recommend them.

I absolutely LOVE Trendsi

I absolutely LOVE Trendsi! I have been working with them for several years now in my business, and I have no intentions of breaking my business relationship. They have always delivered on time, cared for my customer needs, answered PROMPTLY to all my inquiries, walked me through any problems I may have had technically. And tonight I must give a special shout out to Anya & Chette!! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH! My Customer lost a diamond in a ring she purchased from our shop five months ago. The 30-day return period was expired and I had no idea how I was going to fix this problem. Anya and Chette gave me a full refund on the ring, and I was able to order the Customer a new one with no charge to her. She was so happy! All of this was done the same day the Customer reached out. No wait time at all! The promptness of assistance always impresses me. I am a true Trendsi Fan!!
