Powerful tool but to spend this much money and have only one news source Benzinga and hit a paywall beyond just the title of the news report is unacceptable when you are paying over $1000 per year. There is no capability to select another source or add another source such as Yahoo. This means to be able to have news at your fingertips you will have to pay for Benzinga as well.

I'm still working through the system I may change the rating later on but for what I have paid for the results have come up short..example why can't I scan for stocks under $20 USD?

The only thing that is more impressive than the tool itself is the amazing support.

Great responsiveness and tool!

I signed up for TrendSpider based on the AI integration for indicator generation and alert tool simplicity.

After trying it out, I did not have the option I thought was present on how long alerts will last. I reached out to TrendSpider and they actually modified the platform to provide more value based on what I was looking for. Justin has been very responsive and helpful!

I continue to use the platform and grow to like it more and more for the ease of use once the basics are understood.

You can't do very simple things like have a strategy that moves stop loss to break even. They don't give refunds on their "trials" probably because they know if people had a real trial that wasn't paid most everyone would cancel. Price is extremely high for not being able to do anything sophisticated. In no way can you just "describe the system you want" to the ai and have it built for you as it says in their marketing.

Customer service has always been good. I love the program so far and I've only had it for 1 month but it is well worth it.

I had a 1st one on one with Justin and he did a great job of helping me set up my charts and answering all my questions. He's very thorough and attentive.

Scanner:
1. You can't filter the whole US market at once, neither more than one indice at a time. That consumes unnecessary time.

2. The scanner doesn't auto-refresh in a period of time (every 1 minute, or every 5, 10, and so on. You have to do it manually.

3. 2 Hr Scanning is the lowest timeframe for my plan (too bad, I didn't pay attention to that). But 2h isn't a popular timeframe, why not put 1h timeframe instead?

fabulous customer service and responsiveness from Justin regarding renewal price, and the potential adding of new features. TrendSpider is an excellent and somewhat unique service and, I believe, a must have for those combining chart and fundamental analysis. Highly recommended.
