This company has failed to deliver my goods as promised. They are not answering their telephone and their website is down. Terrible

I enjoy Christmas as much as the next person- but Trendy Products cannot bear to see that it is over - they automated voice on the customer service number wishes me a merry Christmas still and then cuts the call. It is now the 20th Jan and my sideboard which was ordered December 1st is marked as 'Completed'
It has not even been delivered!!
What makes it worse is that after trying to get through on the live chat and calls (even though it states opening hours for Saturday and Sunday) no one is ever available.
If you decide to order from here, expect it to go somewhat wrong and not get any information from the Customer Service team about your order.

I found the table I wanted to buy on a few websites but went with Trendy Products as the reviews seemed good. I was struggling to pick the type of wood/colour for the table so had a lot of correspondence with Deborah, who was more than helpful and put up with my indecisiveness! Deborah also kept me up-to-date with when a sale was ending on the item to ensure I didn't miss the best price. Great customer service. I ordered the table in November and was warned it may not arrive until January due to Christmas, which was fine, and it arrived earlier this week. The table is beautiful and i'm extremely happy - i'll be ordering from there again!

Very good prices on the brand I wanted, and good service to boot. Team on the phone were very helpful. I will be shopping again!

I'm a huge fan of the classic/retro style office furniture and have been looking for weeks to find the right chair (think Eames inspired, but a bit more practical for a home office!). Found the one I wanted and it was easy to put together too.

This is the second purchase I have made from Trendy Products and both items have been perfect each time. I had a few queries prior to ordering but their customer service has proved to be excellent and enabled me to make an informed decision about my bedroom furniture.

The delivery was prompt and I was kept informed at all stages throughout the order. I will continue to use TP as I complete my home refurbishment, cannot recommend highly enough.

I'd like to say how wonderful my experience was with Trendy Products, providing exactly what I wanted even though it was quite difficult with specifics I requested. Laura was very helpful, and always explained the process at each step and how long it would take. I finally have my dream table and chairs, standing proudly in the dining room and it looks stunning! Matches perfectly.

Prompt service for such a bespoke product. Delivery charge was also very reasonable. Great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I bought over the past few years a few items only recently i bought 2 coat racks - one white and one red - love them.
good and simple communication on order status and delivery.
i even submitted the order wrong and was able to call them and they fixed it immediately no issues.

Good company with a great range of well made modern furniture. I purchased a lovely set of uniqiue office furniture of which i have had many compliments. This company have a very good customer service very helpful and pleasant right the way through from ordering to delivery on top of which they have a good easy to use website.

Worst experience ever...I have ordered my bedroom furniture in April, first delivery was cancelled in June due to flooded warehouse, second delivery arrived damaged in July and ever since then trying to get my money back. I now have my bank and a lawyer involved to help me get the money back. I Definitely do not recommend them

Review desks which once ordered came in good time and were very easy to assemble. the desks are used daily and are standing up well, being white we find that they wipe down well.

Very pleased with the bookshelf I've purchased. Exactly what I wanted. The only reason I knocked off a star is because delivery failed first time and it wasn't particularly well communicated. It arrived no problem second time round though.

Recently ordered the Melbourne Lamp Table for our recently decorated hallway. Arrived exactly as described and on the delivery date. The lady we spoke with on the phone prior to calling ordering was extremely helpful, talking me through options on the phone as I viewed them on their website (apologies I cannot remember her name). Would definitely order from them again...
