It’s not very friendly at all. They should tell you that standard shipping will be a month. I order beginning of May and it’s almost June with no word of my shipment. I would not have order had I know “standard shipping” Would be this long.
When I went to their website and Facebook to rate and review them about this matter I couldn’t find anywhere that I could. It’s like they don’t want feed back or they know how bad it is they don’t want other people to see it.

Once again so many people on this review were right. Too bad I did not read first. I also received a product with just the cheap plastic bottle and no cleaning product. When contacted customer service they said they were not responsible..
Terrible company and am now turned off to buying anything on amazon..

I ordered 3 Ice Cube dispensers. You would think three pieces of rubber from China would be a relatively simple order? Money was sucked out immediately. It's a month later, no 'tracking' information works, emails don't get responded to, no product arrives.

They simply take you money, then walk away.

Sad that these companies without any integrity exist.

ordered a product and it hadn't even shipped 3 weeks later. contacted the company and told them that i was moving and gave them the new address, a month later they finally shipped the product, to the old address. now they say it is my problem.

Will never use this company again. Ordered Mighty Glass Cleaner which eventually arrived minus the detergent! Their reply was that due to customs/security concerns, they are not able to supply the cleaning powder. Nowhere in their ad does it say this. They say you can purchase any detergent/cleaner at any local store, so now I am left with just an empty plastic bottle for my money. Very, very disappointed and feeling totally ripped off. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Worst experience ever!!! Have no product as I returned it as they would not cancel my order even though I requested that 2 1/2 hours after purchase they ignored that email and say my second email 13 hours after purchase was to late it had been shipped, then didn't get shipping notice for a month, took 3 weeks to arrive and then I rejected parcel on delivery for return of product and another month down the road no refund that just keep saying was delivered.

This company is a scam. Its money first and recycled product later. Its pricing is a rip off. Had enough of this crap.
The tracking number is bogus.
The response is email and fabricated
The products listed are junk
The advertising is slick and not true.
You wont get a refund and you cannot cancel.
Its based in a slum in China where they dont disclose addresses.
You cant take legal action because there is no contact to issue notice.
Their New Zealand address is fake.
Watch out.
Dont deal. Be Warned.

WORST COMPANY EVER!! Wish I never would've ordered from them. And their customer service is a joke. The item should have shipped over a week ago. They got their money PDQ, but they are in NO RUSH to ship it.

I ordered Egglettes 4 months ago, they charged my card right away and I didn't receive anything for 2 months. I contacted them multiple times asking them to cancel the order however all I received back was a fake automated email. Eventually I recieved a fake Chinese knock off and half the package was crushed. I contacted customer support again and all I got was the run-around. I have been hounding their customer support constantly ever since so I can get my money back.

ordered Egglettes - Hard Boiled Egg Cooker (6 Pack)$29.99 USD

They finally arrived almost 8 weeks from purchase, on arrival the box looked like it had gone 8 rounds with Mike Tyson
and it contained no instructions and or paperwork for the order and had just been shoved in a transport envelope from China

Oh and by the way having paid 29.99 US plus shipping the transport envelope valued the product at $5.00 CAD almost 8th of what I paid for them .

To say I'm unhappy is an understatement. 
Sent email to support address two weeks later still no reply.

I wish I would of read the reviews before I order online from them tried to call customer service and a recording comes on telling you to leave your number and they never called back plus I had email them 3 times and no avail wish I would of look reviews first dumb on my part. Went to my bank to dispute charge and had to cancel my credit card to get another one so please read reviews on any company online that you order from stay away from companies out of the United States you can never trust.

Don't buy from Trendy Shack, terrible company, 7 weeks for delivery after lodging a dispute with Paypal, product was poor quality, Buyer Beware!!

Purchased egg poachers through this company.

Been 4 weeks and still haven't received my product.

I emailed trendy shacks and they gave me a tracking number which doesn't work.

Now they're refusing to email me back.

A bunch of scammers!

1. I have a tracking number that has no confirmation by the carrier.
2. I have an order number that says that my order has not been shipped.
3. I have emails that say my material is on the way.
4. The phone number of Customer Service receives a Verizon "This number is disconnected" when called

This is the worst I have been treated. I believe this is a SCAM and hope that others read these reviews prior to ordering anything. I know I wish I did!!

Paid through PayPal. They are my next stop. Perhaps they will put a hold on them, even if I don't get my money back.

Item finally landed after several emails and contacting their Facebook page. Packaging was battered but nothing broken.

I purchased the "ARTIC AIR" from TrendyShack. A matter of a day later, I saw an infomercial selling the SAME EXACT PRODUCT (SAME NAME AND ALL) for a much more affordable cost. I emailed TrendyShack and with surprise, they told me that the order was placed after the 12 hour deadline, which means NO REFUND. I called their contact number, but it is now disconnected. I called 2 additional times to confirm, which is was disconnected. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They say 12 hours b/c they know you will NOT have your order in such short time, they have disconnected their contact phone number as displayed on their website and their prices are far more than other competitors including infomercials. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY!

Glad I'm only out $30, but something needs to be corrected with this company. All I wanted was the right size, not a refund...

Everybody that was scammed needs to post on FB, that's where I found the furniture feet in the first place.

The ad claimed 100% money back guarantee to try them. I placed an order that totaled $62.00. It took 30 days to receive. Then the product (Furniture Feet) did not work for my chairs. I contacted customer service and it took two weeks before they sent me a return address for me to send back the product ... along with their Return Policy that said everything had to be completed by 45 days, plus they reserved the right to charge a "restocking fee" and any other customs fees. Went to the US post office and found the cheapest rate to mail the small package back to China (plus the required tracking service) was $39.15. Too much of a crap shoot that I would ever see a penny back, so I did not mail the package. TOTAL rip off!
