Absolutely spot on service, from start to end. Great communication, turned up when they said they would and paid with no trouble at all. If you have a car you need getting rid of, you can't go wrong with these guys. Offered the best price too.

Kristie helped me cancle my order after my car was involved in an accident making the items I had ordered unnecessary. She was brilliant and the product (a wheel) was a lot cheaper than I would have paid new.

Second hand parts with a first class service, saw item on eBay called to confirm correct part & purchased rear door via Teagan (sales/customer service) who couldn’t have been more helpful, professional, polite & personable.
I’m optimistic that the door will do the job and so please assume that it did if there is no update to this review 👍

I was in need of an alternator and fortunately Charles Trent is not too far from me. I called and spoke to Teagan who was polite, helpful and professional. She confirmed the part I wanted was available took my details and the order was complete. I received a email almost straight away to confirm everything, 5 star service.

Bought a gearbox for my Renault kangoo from day one it was fitted it was noisey it came with a three month warranty they did nothing to tesolve don’t buy from them as any problems they won’t help

Had been looking for a headlight replacement for my Kia Sportage but there were so many variations and traders were not at all helpful in finding me an exact replacement, then I came across Trent’s and contacted them. The lovely lady I spoke to ( Nicola) steered me to the correct replacement with same OEM number and it was delivered the following day. Wow how good is that.
I would highly recommend “ Trent’s” great prices and service second to none. Many thanks and I now know where to go when needing a spare part. 5 stars
