They shipped 2 of the same hat which was not what I had selected when I checked out. 1 hat style 2 different colors. No receipt sent and then when I asked about it basically 20-50% restocking fee on a 30 hat. For a Christian selling company their customer service doesn't reflect it.
Purchased a shirt on Amazon. Washed it twice in Woolite on gentle to soften it- arrived really scratchy rough - dried on lowest heat setting - it is supposed to be cotton. The logo peeled off. Contacted seller on Amazon - no response and Amazon will not allow you to give bad review. Will make sure to never purchase from this seller again. Low quality product.
I've been awaiting resolution for over two months on a shirt I sent back for exchange. They told me it wasn't an issue to send it back, so I did (at my own cost), along with the tracking number when they claimed to not have received it ...and been crickets for the past several weeks. Waste of money, and time. Decent shirt quality, poor customer service.
