UPDATE: Ignore the reply from Triangle Nursery. I checked my last email and it was successfully sent to "info at trianglenursery.co.uk" on 22/4/24 (I had to remove the "@" sign as Trustpilot will not allow email addresses but trust me the email address was correct!). There was no response from Triangle Nursery! The company tries to pretend its your fault and that they never receive the email in question to remove any blame from them. Just avoid!
Original Feedback:
Do not use this florist if you need delivery by a certain date. I ordered flowers and oasis to make a wreath for my father in laws funeral. The flowers arrived on time but the oasis was delivered too late to use. I panicked and had to buy an oasis at a local florist - a stress I could seriously do without when I should be looking after my husband. Yes, couriers can be late but what really annoys me is Triangle Nursery ignored my emails. They didnt apologise nor even respond! I know have a ridiculously big box in my kitchen with an oasis I dont need. The wont refund despite them not delivering on time. Instead, I receive junk marketing mail from them, junk emails I did not request. Disgusted.

Can’t recommend enough - stunning flowers
My first ever order for wholesale flowers arrived today. I’ve been asked to do the flowers for my son and future daughter-in-law’s wedding. I’ve never done anything like it before but found all the advice and videos on Triangle Nursery’s website very helpful. The order process was simple, delivery was on time and the flowers were very well packaged. They are stunning - even better than I expected and are now conditioning in the shed, as per the instructions given, ready for my trial run tomorrow. Quality, well packaged and on time
My flowers arrived on the date intended. They were well packaged and arrived intact. The pink roses are just beautiful - for the in-laws on their Diamond Wedding anniversary - and I think they will go down a treat. Very good value for money. Loved the detailed info on conditioning the flowers, very helpful for me as a beginner. Definitely recommend Triangle Nursery and will buy from them again. Thank you.

Zero customer service
I’ve had to give one star just to be able to leave a review, but would actually prefer not to give any.
I placed an order back at the beginning of March for delphinium for a wedding I was providing a bridal bouquet for. This was the only specific requirement the bride had.
Not only did the flowers not get delivered on time (delivery was not even attempted - I was home all day), but once they did arrive, they were dead. Therefore my bride did not receive her desired flowers which is unacceptable.
I have reached out twice via email to triangle nursery to discuss this issue, and have had ZERO response, which is also unacceptable. This is my last resort. Hoping for a response and a refund.

Superb!
Easy service from start to finish. Loads of valuable information on the website. Placed an order for several stems to indulge and practice a new hobby. Flowers arrived on time and really well packaged, in good condition. So pleased with the results. House was full of Flowers, plus some friends received bouquets which they were very happy with.
Later ordered a vintage style mystery box with some absolutely beautiful blooms. So happy I chose this company. Will definitely be using again, and again.

Such an amazing find! Will be ordering again
The experience was amazing from start to finish! A friend from work told me about triangle nursery when I was telling her how frustrated I was with how expensive bridal flowers were! So I chose some bunches that I liked, my wedding was autumnal themed so I chose a selection of dried dlowers in oranges, reds and yellows along with some dried foliage. Doing it this way meant I could do it months in advance of my wedding and they would still look great on the day! The flowers arrived so quickly and packaged really conveniently. Everything was an amazing quality and I didn't want to mess things up so I emailed them a few questions about how to maintain the colour and also how to stop the colours transferring onto the dresses when the time came, the customer service team were so helpful and gave me all the answers I needed. I stored my flowers for 4 months in a dark dry space and when the wedding rolled around they were still as perfect as they had been when they arrived. Some of my bridesmaid's still have their bouquets on display in their house as they still look good! So happy triangle nursery was recommended to me, I can't wait to order again!

I found Triangle recently when…
I found Triangle recently when searching for ways I could buy foliage to create christmas decorations for my salon. I made an order of around £150 and was thrilled with my delivery. The mix of traditional and modern foliage sent was lovely, unique and beautiful quality. The items were so well packed ensuring nothing was damaged in transit. I used every last piece and made another smaller order to complete the decorations. We were able to make a large wreath, 2 potted arrangements, a lantern arrangement, multiple sprigs for the stair rods and a couple for the ends of a large beam. The selection was brilliant and prices were fair. To be able to get the delivered for a good price was very helpful as we don't live anywhere near Triangle. The only improvement would be if customers like me were able to buy some of the other flower and foliage varieties in smaller batches but i know that isn't always possible. I will definitely be using Triangle again in future.

Super quality, beautiful flowers.
I was nervous ordering flowers online without being able to see them, but I needn't have worried as they arrived safely, on time and well packed. I had ordered quite a quantity of flowers for arrangements in the church for a wedding which took place on a Thursday. The only downside was that there was no Monday delivery and I had to have them delivered on a Sunday. However, they were such good quality that the flowers were still in situ in the church two weeks later looking as fresh as the day I arranged them. It's now four weeks since the wedding and although some flowers have now died I have still been able to use enough of them to create a pedestal arrangement for the Sunday service. So great value for money. I have had numerous comments on the quality of the flowers. Thank- you so much Triangle Nursery, I won't hesitate to use you again.
