I ordered a pair of shoes, received them several weeks later after begging for tracking information, received the order and they were cheap made in China shoes that didn't fit and material was awful. Several attempts to return with NO response. Mailed them back to the company and NO response after I tracked the item back to them. Never got my money back. Pissed and their support email has never been responded too.

It is a scam company! Be aware and never buy from them.
I bought “a cashmere” sweater, the item I received is the poorest quality sweater with no tags no labels, the odour coming from the sweater reminds very poor quality dyes. It’s a fully synthetic sweater that I received. I can’t return it because there is no returns sheet added. I contacted customer service numerous times no answer. If I don’t get any support within a week I will definitely take a legal action against them.

I bought this item back in April, it had areas which were faulty. I contacted the company who agreed a partial refund. However they are yet to issue this. They have failed to email back when chasing this up. I would advise not to use this company, I was badly let down on all levels.

Basically have no refund policy because you are not allowed to return anything even if it’s the wrong size! Product linen shirt see through. I would never recommend them

They don’t even deserve the 1 star… wish I could minus star it. Paid extra for delivery to arrive sooner. Never arrived and now all my emails are being ignored.

Poor quality shoes and clothes. When I tried returning the items they spent 5 days negotiating with me about not refunding me, giving me 60% back b/c I would have to pay for the shipping anyway and just giving the items to friends. I had to beg for the actual details of where to ship the products and what documents to include. This company cannot handle the basic functions of a retail business.

Buyer beware. Don’t purchase from this company. They sent me wrong items, never sent the correct jacket. I’m still going back and forth with them after months. Stay very far away from this company.

I ordered a denim jacket. The quailty of the product was poor and the sizing was incorrect.
When I tried to return the item I realised that there was no information provided so I contacted them. Five days later they got back to me, but still didn't provide details of return and tried to sell me something else.
Poor quality and service. Advertised all over Facebook. Stay clear of this company.

Very very poor quality iteams on their website. Lease do not buy anything from here. They take forever to ship and when you receive your much awaited items they are not at all as described. The material quality, colouring and description for sure does not match the products. Save your money and don’t buy anything from here.

Terrible experience !
Order took over a month to deliver despite being told it was a 5-7 business day delivery. The product was subpar in quality and even the colors on website vs what was eventually delivered after an over one month wait was beyond disappointing! Pls pls be extremely careful when ordering from this website. Really disappointing!

Unfortunately I did not see the two previous reviews buying a sweater on-line. A similar experience: a sweater nothing like advertised and at least 4 sizes too small. An apologetic email gave the German address for the return. Apart from the cost of the sweater, I wasted £10.00 returning it for a refund, recorded delivery only to have it returned to me undelivered.

Terrible. Total scam. Sweater ordered from a Facebook ad was nothing like advertised and very poor quality. Refund required a return to a German address (large cost), and I’ve just received my returned parcel back as ‘not collected’ in Germany. No refund received, suffice to say. Avoid this company. Understand they advertise the same sweater via different company names.

I want to highlight the artificial Trustpilot reviews on the tribal-studios site. They have used the TP star motif when there are no reviews here (except this one at time of writing). This immediately set off alarm bells. I have not had any bad experience per-se, just perused at their suspect website.
