AVOID Slowmoose OnBuy

Ordered via their OnBuy slowmoose account on the 26th April 2021.
Item never arrived. Tracking number did not work/didn't exist. Been trying for 4 weeks to get money back - have resorted to opening PayPal case. 4 Weeks after I requested refund and cancellation due to no show product. I have received a different tracking number which still doesn't advise that the item is on it's way. No response to PayPal case. Absolutely shocking company, shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Purchased a item through OnBuy.com, Seller trading as Slowmoose.com. item received incorrect and well undervalue, returns procedure is designed to leave you out of pocket. If you find yourself in this situation, start a PayPal dispute straight away. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - AVOID

Tribal Sensation LLC Poor customer service.

I ordered a waist coat from this company. The size was smaller than they said and was cheaply made. I tried to get an exchange but all they said is there was nothing wrong with the garment. Do not use this company. I used them through OnBuy. Just be careful and do not waste your money using this company Tribal Sensation LLC. They do not care about customer service or satisfaction.

Cheap Products. Delaying and untrustworthy customer service!!! I could not return the product I purchased after revoking the contract, because they deleted the website "slowmoose.com" .. nice play :p

Good communication

I ordered a gym/yoga set. Despite the top being faulty, I had a quick refund and very quick communication. Also very happy with the quality and price of the leggings.

In conjunction with FRUUGO Australia they take your money "quick as a flash"..… Then...
Deliver. NOTHING!

"In stock now, dispatched within 24 hours".... They are blatant liars.

Scammers.
Shisters.
6 weeks later...
No goods.
No refund.
No idea where goods are.

They pocket money just fine ,though.

***"Update ****Just inform you bank of fruugo Australia and tribalsensation and they know the scam too well.... You get money back faster when going via bank... 10 weeks later ,no product ,no apology , no ethics....fruugo and tribalsensation work on the % of buyers who " won't chase us for the money " business model.
They are just a money laundering enterprise.they hold no stock just take money for nothing ... Globalisation ?.no thanks thieves!

satisfying experience

Thank you for the proper execution and delivery of the order . The product is as per expectation.
Maybe you need to look into a delivery system whereby you receive written / signed confirmation from the customer on receipt of the parcel. .

Horrible experience

I bought 2 items: 57 pieces flower cutters and 52 pieces kit icing tips. I live in Argentina, but a friend of mine was in US so I sent this package to US and she had to bring it here.

1) The web page said that the delivery to US was in 2-4 bussines days. When I paid, the email confirmation said that the delivery to US was in 5-28 bussines days. So they are lying on the web.
2) I tried to see the status of the shipment in the web page. It was impossible, that option it is not working properly, has an error.
3) I sent emails to see the status, and asked for information, but got no answers. They never answerd any of my questions, only say sorry, gave me no solution. I think they also didn´t read any of my emails.
4) I only got 50 of the 57 pieces flower cutter. A few are broken (the ejector is not working as it should) Also in the image of the description, they show a few marking rules that are not included. It is a misleading picture. And I got a few pieces that shouldn´t be in this set, and have no idea what are they.
5) The box where the 52 pieces kit tips for icing came it´s broken.

Horrible attention, they showed no interest in helping me. They gave me no information about the status of mi package, asked me to go to the post office!! I am in another country and that was impossible!! Also, the product was incomplete and/or broke.

I lost a lot of time and money in this. Horrible experience.

Very happy, would use again

I was a little worried about ordering from this website as I couldn't find an address or even the country which the goods were being shipped from. But I took the risk. The items arrived no problems a few days later and the import docs showed an address in Switzerland. The items were just as described and in perfect condition although the packaging was rather sparse. Very happy and would use this company again.

Went out of their way to help me

I have ordered a necklace as a gift, due to time constraints I couldn't pick it up and the post office shipped it back to the seller. After contacting them they sent another necklace and I got it a few days later without charging me for shipping.

Customer support way beyond the average.

It was one the first times I've bought something internationally via internet. And noticing it was taking too long to arrive, I've contacted the company, which promptly replied all the way through the resolution of the problem.

No complications (besides the delay on the first delivery, which was probably a customs issue), noticeable commitment, very good treatment. It was unlike any other online customer support we have here in Brazil. I'm really happy with the product, how efficient the matter was addressed, and with the way I was treated. Recommended for everyone.
