Hi mate
Thanks for leaving a review. I do try and make it as clear as possible on the listings that the plants are sent bare root. This is mainly to protect the roots from getting damaged while en route to you. I’ve thought about sending the existing substrate that the plant was in but it’s always better to give derooted plants new shoes to replenish the nutrient content.
There are also options for substrate add-ons on the product list as an additional option.
If I could guarantee that they arrive in good condition while remaining in their pots, I would :-).

Absolutely no problem
Last week I bought the seedling bundle set of the big 3+loph and I'm very happy. One of the seedlings is close to 200mm in size! Came in the mail via royal mail in 4 days all packaged well in a box. I'd recommend

Fantastic experience!
When I, a Giant Cactus-Alien, travelled down to Earth from the distant reaches of Outer Space at first I become very lonely. Then I chanced upon Byron's website and found myself some new cactus friends to hang out with. Now I am a sad & lonely Cactus-Alien no more. My new Cactus friends were delivered to me very, very quickly, are very healthy, and Byron provided great aftercare instructions. My two new cactus friends and I have formed a close bond that mainly involves watching the sunset while listening to reggae music and talking about super secret cactus alien things. Byron - who is astoundingly knowledgeable about our cactus kind - is welcome on our Cactus Planet anytime.
