Above and beyond customer service

Above and beyond customer service, I was desperate for a new garment before the weekend but next day special delivery wasn’t a problem for Trickys to make sure I had it, communication was spot on and a nice little touch with the free gift!!! 🎁

Very unimpressed …..

I advised on the date the order was made that I did not place the order and my bank details had been used fraudulently. I received an email stating only that you received a purchase for a pair of shoes. I advised again that I did not place an order and received a further reply that the order had been shipped as it was deemed a “none” fraud order! Not sure how this is possible when I advised more than once, prior to any payment being taken, it was not me! Very unimpressed with your company and its response……or lack of!

Great shopping experience.

Great store. Even though items are preloved all are confirmed as authentic. Items a checked thoroughly so you can be assured all will be exactly as described. Will defintly be my go to store for great items and low prices. Many thanks for an honest shopping experience.
