Worst hospital ever!!!

This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been to, and since I have heart conditions, I’ve been to many these people are rude and arrogant, and I would never use this hospital again. Avoid it at all cost.

Trident Medical Center refuses to do diagnostic mammogram

Trident Medical Center refused to schedule, then cancelled an appointment for a diagnostic mammogram ordered by my doctor and approved by my insurance company because I was unable to provide all imaging, biopsy results, etc. that I had done outside of the Trident system - which is 50 years worth of records. It is impossible, so they cancelled an appointment. Then they couldn't find the order(s) - then they said they cancelled the appointment because the order didn't include an ultrasound - which was never discussed. Today they said they would only schedule a "Screening mammogram" in order to get a "baseline".

I am 67 years old and have a breast lump that is growing. My mother had breast cancer, as did an aunt. There is no need for me to be subject to 2 rounds of radiation. It needs to go straight to scheduling a diagnostic mammogram, with a biopsy and ultrasound at the same time I am there.

This situation is beyond ridiculous. I recommend anyone in South Carolina - or wherever else Trident might have operations - to choose another service provider from the beginning.
