This company misleads customers regarding billing and can not resolve issues with online service. When I set up my account I was told I could set up automatic payment on a specific date after the first bill. When I attempted to do that I was told I couldn't. When I attempted to get into my account on line I found I couldn't. When I called in for assistance I was told there was a change and I would have to wait days for a resolution to reset my account. They mislead customers to get you to sign up with them and then lock you in by blocking you from your online account.

Customer service is outstanding. There are no surprises in moving from one location to another. Billing and automatic payments are easy. Weekly updates keep me aware of my electricity usage. When I think of Tri-Eagle Energy, only positive thoughts come to mind.

Horrible company. They overcharge me for bills for months and when I contacted them, they agreed that they overcharge me, but they wanted to give me on a 10% refund which I rejected. They sent my name to a collection agency stating that Inowe then $100 which I don’t owe them. I paid them their final bill in full . They are the ones who owe me for the overages they charged on my bills.

If you had 0 on the scale that’s what I would rate TriEagle Energy . Customer service skills are just as horrible as the bait for a lower price in the beginning. Only to have my bill skyrocket about three months later.

Just don’t do it. Very shady practices on pricing. Have to deal with a “virtual assistant “ first then eventually after you waste a lot of your time you will get a real person speaking in circles very quickly. You have to repeatedly ask them to slow down their speech then only to be spoken to as if you are a moron. When it’s the dialect in which they are speaking to quick which is making the conversation difficult not my lack of brain cells. Will switch carriers.
