Solid/Standard Treatment
While the treatment itself was fine, I did feel that the technician was a bit too pushy/salesy. I just came in to try a treatment and to try to relax, not to be sold products I didn't ask for. I think it would be more considerate not to make recommendations and go on and on unless the customer explicitly asks. Also, I was not greeted promptly and they were running behind schedule when I arrived. I made the effort to be on time/early, so I expect the same on their end, especially for the price.

Great place
Technician was very good, professional, knowledgeable. She is very gentle with syringes (I had Botox). Office is small but lovely, receptionist is very very nice and they dont try to sell you stuff or services. Would definitely recommend, great place!

Loved this office!
Had a great experience from check in to check out. Dr. Curerri was quick, efficient, personable, honest and professional. It's obvious she knows her stuff and is good at what she does. She took me right on time and even texted to let me know she was ready for me before my appt. If I wanted to come in earlier. The staff at the front desk were super friendly as well. I will definitely be returning.

Ting is the best esthetician<3 She is very caring, takes time to answer all your questions in depth, and is very gentle and knowledgeable about all procedures/skincare treatments/skintypes, etc. The entire staff at Trifecta Medspa Downtown is also very lovely

Trifecta is the best. The staff is friendly and eager to assist you. I have been seeing Valentina for almost 5 years and I could not go to anyone else. She is amazing. As well, if any issue arises their Office Manager is awesome. Zeefah, deals with any issue and really cares about the client. Hands down the best Med Spa in the city to go to.
