Scam - Here is the advice
I was scammed by this company into paying £12 for security priority at Gatwick airport that never existed, they then took a further £79 from account that I did not approve. I reported this to Barclays Bank who confirmed my suspicions and refunded me the money. This company got nothing. My advice is report this as the scam it is and make sure your Bank supports you

Absolute Scam!!!
I bought fast track for Einthoven airport and little did I know, this scammers subscribed me to something and tried to abuse my bank details and charge my card £68.
What a desparate way to make some money, shame on you!!!!

Absolute scam
Didn’t get the fast track pass but got through
Then on return found I’d been charged £79
Fraud and would have been charged another £79 in 3 months if I hadn’t looked into
Shouldn’t be operating and Garwick shouldn’t be letting them operate. Disgraceful

This sames to be a common scam with this company.

Paid for two fast track passes for the following morning. They sent numerous emails during the night all with links that led nowhere. Only supplied access to the passes after calling their “helpline” (which opens in the morning) and we had already had to go through security anyway! Then they refused a refund on the basis they had issued the passes. Absolute rubbish, do not use.
Now awaiting a reply from them having explained the problem as invited. At least they read Trustpilot. I will update you on their response but until that comes my advice remains the same - absolute rubbish, do not use. Update - a week later after sending details, no response. Verdict unchanged so far

Purchase fast track for £11 per person . ( same price as everyone else, so not discounted in any way). Then 3 days later was charged £79. Apparently when you purchase something from them you have 3 free days trial. Trial of what I can't get to the bottom of! Then if you dont cancel that , which they won't refund, you will get charged £79 every 3 months after that. So basically the most expensive fast track you can buy!!!

Rogue traders. Avoid at all costs
Charged for a subscription I didn't sign up for and they refused to cancel it.

Paid for fastrack at Tenerife Airport (22 Euros) and no fast track at the airport. Then 2 days later they attempted to take 79 Euros which the bank declined luckily.
Steer clear and don't enter your bank details.

Basically unusable. they create so may hoops to jump through, taking 2 hours to send me a link to add essential information (like flight number)
then tell me that they cannot refund because they already paid the airport.
Avoid at all costs.

WARNING. Thought I was buying an airport express security pass for £6, only to find £79 taken from my bank account 3 days later. I fell for this, as I didn’t spot the subscription - deliberately easy to miss.
They sent me several emails, all with dead links. Had I been able to login with the link they sent me, I would have become aware of the 3 day trial and cancelled it. Borders on sharp practice, making it impossible to opt out of a trial
They know exactly what they are doing - reading other similar reviews, I got the same email responses others got when I asked for my money back. This review will no doubt also get a similar response from them
In the end, I got the money back by raising a dispute via my card issuer

Disgusting scam
Charged £36 for 3 fast track passes that were never delivered and I couldn’t use
Then charged £79 a few days later due to some implied subscription
Called customer services and they disputed all this and refused a refund.
BEWARE

DO NOT USE!!!! Go through the airport website directly. Scam subscription.
TripSorted – This is a misleading subscription trap and a breach of consumer protection regulations. Luckily my bank blocked this and I am now reporting this to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.
All of your comments say you are clear about this subscription, you are not. You take advantage of people in a rushed state. Good luck with your legal battles to come!

Bought one time fasttrack pass for security. Three days later I found that I was signed up for a 12 month subscription and £79 was taken from my bank account. I contacted the company who said that the subscription is implied and that it was in the small print, and no refund will be given. Absolutely ridiculous. I have filed a complaint, and raised a dispute with my bank,. AVOID this company at all costs!

This website is a SCAM.
I paid for a simple fast-track service. Instead, I was tricked into a subscription I never knowingly agreed to (€79 !!!) The fact that this is not made clearly and explicitly visible during the purchase process is deeply misleading.
Even after I submitted a complaint clearly stating that I do not want any subscription, the company still attempted to charge my card. This shows a complete disregard for customer consent.
Luckily, my bank blocked the transaction.
Charging people for subscriptions without their clear and explicit consent and hiding this behind a fast, simple purchase flow is unacceptable and raises serious legal concerns.
Avoid this website at all costs.

I paid for a fast track code I didn’t received in time.
Of course making it useless.
3 days later got charged 79 euros for god knows what.
We should not use, under any circumstances, services that push these kinds of behaviour.
