I am using Tripadvisor for many years. It is very trustful and helpful web site.

When you make negative comments for hotel, cafe, restaurant etc., they defence themselves also they attack to commentator wildly, but we can only defense and answer after a month period. WHY?

I definitely check tripadvisor during checking for hotels or restaurants. It is very useful tool to evaulate choices. The only problem is some evaulation did not reflect the truth as the person write the comment influenced by personal anger for which hotel/restaurant couldn’t do anything.
