One star because there is no zero

One star because there is no zero ! I was was served chicken that was inedible was about a month old it was so disgusting and unfit for human consumption. Got a snack box and the chicken was hid under the chips .! Rang up guy said sorry should not have served this so come back .I live 5 miles away and I would never step foot in there again as he knew exactly what he served me .can not believe how this place plays with people's health like this .shame on them .

Cannot trust the ratings

No matter how honest your review is on tripadvisor, if the cafe, restaurant, or hotel don’t like it then they can have your review removed.
All they have to do is lie and tell tripadvisor that you are a local with a grudge and tripadvisor will remove your review. There is no appeal process.
So, don’t trust any tripadvisor rating as the business in question can have any unfavourable review removed.

Useless and disappointing

It used to be a place to look for other people genuine experience, not anymore.
Unfortunately.
The censorship now is stronger than it used to be during former USSR times. Only 2 out of 20 of my latest reviews were "approved" and it is disappointing because I just shared my experiences as I used to do previously, nothing changed in my writing after 280 contributions. It seems that some businesses might pay Tripadvisor for getting better reviews. I've seen similar complains on their Forum.
Tripadvisor became useless for me. And their "customer service" is just a waste of time
