WestJet Vacations
Our Trip was a nothing like what was purchased, we booked a ten day vacation with direct flights from Toronto to Puerto Vallarta, with WestJet Vacations, 4.5 hours of Travel there and back, we purchased our trip through Red Tag great reviews of the Resort Costumer service from both companies are awful they don't get back to you quickly or you spend hours on hold, they changed our trip to a stop in Calgary 12 hours getting there and 12 hours back to Toronto, no compensation for the re route, inconvenience and time taken from the Vacation
