Best way to waste time. These guys apear first ranked on Google hotels because they supposedly beat other websites. Then when paying no matter which credit card I put they show you a message that they have a “technical difficulty” processing the payment but wait they have a magic solution! They push you to pay with Klarna instead (how convenient). Well thats too bad because Klarna is not available for UK residents so your scummy trick is useless and you shoukd have accepted my card in the first place.

After reviewing the Roomdi answer I was checking again what was happening wrong and this is Trivago the lyer showing the rooms of 4 Palmas hotel and redirecting you to the Roomdi payform.
I was not looking back to the Roomdi site and it was my mistake ...
Therefore all the comments here under apply to Trivago.

I decide to book a room in the Las Palmas hotel based on what was shown on the internet site but all the pictures were related to the 4 Palmas hotel and I discovered it when we arrived at the hotel reception...
There was no direct access to the beach and we had to cross the main road to access it.
It is clear that I will never again book anything through ROOMDI !!!

Travelgenioa remains deaf to our refund claims!
They truly break the law.

We had to go through all ways to get a late response and direct confirmation at the last minute that our flight was cancelled!!!!!.
Thanks to this forum who woke someone up on our refund and agreed to proceed to that refund
Except that we received a response in only words because still no refund
Knowing that in these difficult times we have a great need for our money.
I hope we will get news again through this forum which is read by hundreds of people who might help us out.
Is Travelgenio reliable or honest? I have doubts to day unless I get my refund in the two next days..

automatic subscription renewal is not an honest business. Try and be constructive with your customers. More than 300 euros paid and not one single visit from my Google Analytics comes from Trivago...

I tried trivago as a PRO user. I received not one booking in the whole year via trivago. I wanted to cancel but it automatically renewed before I knew it - with no alert. I contacted trivago and the online robot just keeps telling me I have to pay for another year. It is not acceptable they failed to deliver anything. I looked at the website and it is impossible to find where to cancel. If you are a small business trivago will eat you up and bleed you dry for absolutely no reward.
