Absolutely awful company my house flooded back in august they ripped my flooring up couldn’t find a source and just told me to see if it happens again! The flooring would of been fine to leave down so had to replace for no reason
I had to wait over a year for the to come out and fit a thermostat waited for countless number of phone calls back that I never got
My boiler has been repaired over 8 times in the last year been left without heating with a young child in the middle of winter with 1 small heater for a 2 bedroom house!
They come out to replace a leaking pipe under my sink 2 days later my whole kitchen was flooded, to be told just put towels out for now so had to get someone in to do the job
Now I have a poorly newborn and my bedroom where he sleeps has all mold in the window and the window is letting all water in been told again I will receive a phone call back yet again no phone call back phones back today to be told the next appointment is a month away! Absolutely disgusting service!! Would not recommend!

I've unfortunately been a tenant for 13 yrs,they are the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with,my previous housing officer even lied about coming out to sort issues out,my current one I've never even met ,the work they carry out is appaling ,my bathroom has been condemned for nearly a year,for 5 YEARS I've been trying to get them to sort out the ongoing issues of multitudes of dog faeces in my neighbours garden ,a complete health hazard I've had rats run over my foot in my garden which I no longer use STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE I am seeing a doctor who is treating me for stress and depression because of this dodgy awful outfit,DO NOT accept a flat off them it can adversely affect your mental and physical health

Trivallis, are by far the worst landlord I’ve encountered there staff are unqualified and incompetent. They are rude and very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend a property with them they fail to maintain them there staff have not gained qualifications they are simply put cowboys when it comes to all construction related activities. They leave there tenants in properties full of damp and they class it as condensation there’s a massive difference between condensation, penetrating damp and rising damp but all they know is from a one day course they haven’t got the qualifications and should be doing a better job to supply a safe environment for there tenants

Fantastic company that cater to your needs ,
Nothing like private renting as I have done previously, very affordable housing too . They have gone above and beyond for me and my daughters, Can't thank them enough for everything they've done for me and my family and Sarah is fantastic and made me feel at ease about eveything and very professional. I look forward to my future with them as landlords and feel at ease that if I need anything it won't be too much trouble.

Don't bother absolutely useless company dont care about their tenants only care about getting their money, this is my second property from them and both have had raising damp, (got told it was my fault) all my window seals are broken got condensation in every single window of mine, they dont bother coming out to fix anything within a week or two always get given dates 5-6 weeks from when I ring yet I constantly see their vans around by mine with their "workers" just sitting have a chat on their phone when their supposed to be run off their feet busy with doing repairs, had my bathroom and kitchen "modernised" and had a leaking toilet got a big damp patch by my back door since I moved in four years ago only this past weekend did it get fixed, they also put the mouldy plank of plywood BACK up by my back door where it was and got told to leave it their it will dry out with the heat, they don't care at all about any noise complaints they receive or any complaints for that matter, if I had the money to move and go private then i would but their sucking every last penny out of me it feels like, they also try to scare you by picking up prices if your I arrears with your rent yet when you ring it's usually about 2-300 quid cheaper by they say its because the balance hasn't been updated I have recieved 3 letter in the span of a week 2 saying I owed 800 then one saying i owed 700 yet when i rung i only owe 250, so seriously STAY AWAY from these people their god awful I would rather go with anyone else other then these jokes.
