Amazing support from Kash over the phone to begin our journey using Trooli as our internet provider. He was able to explain all the necessary options and was very helpful and friendly answering any questions I had.

It was renewal time and I contacted Amy who sorted it out for me quickly.

Very friendly sales team (hi Itu!) and a few days in at least I've had consistent service at higher speeds than advertised. A star has been lost due to the installation team, who I had a hard time communicating with. In addition there were dust piles made at multiple points in my home which would've been easy to catch immediately (and therefore clean up) with just a little bit of consideration and forward thinking. As it was, they offered to use my hoover afterwards but I got the impression this was a little-half hearted. A bit of a comedown after being excited to try out my new speeds. Overall a good service so far.

I’m over the moon.
5 stars for his friendly personality and neatness of work.
Now onto the broadband.
Lightening, like nothing I’ve seen before.

Switch to full fibre has been remarkably easy and quick. Engineers who did the install were good and happy to place equipment where I requested.
Customer on-boarding have been really good. They kept me up to date with the process and timings of the transfer and always responded within 24 hrs to any questions. Very impressed.

Signal kept dropping out over the weekend after a friday instal.
Couldn't speak to anyone as they went home for the weekend

I have been with Trooli now for over 4 years and the internet service has been pretty stable for that whole time and I am now just renewing again for another two years on a similar package. There have been very little outages in that time and the speeds very consistent.Its always great to be able to communicate with the company when there is a query or a tech fix needed and they always deliver on this, great to also be able to talk to people on the phone in the UK and not a mass call centre ! Having just renewed packages, Sacha at the office has been very helpful and accommodating in getting the renewal set up. Would thoroughly recommend Trooli for broadband.

Excellent service. Change over from previous supplier to Trooli was very smooth indeed, absolutely no worries about being left with no internet. Faster speeds for less money. Well done Trooli.

In preparation for move to Trooli from BT, i ran 4 speed tests at speedtest.com. Highest download speed was 42.83Mbps and highest upload speed was 15.40Mbps.
I brought a 2.5Gbps network card for my PC, with cat8 cable.

I'm absolutely blown away.

We chose to switch to Trooli as they offered full fibre at 3 times the speed of our previous provider and at far less cost per month. The whole exercise was seamless and their installer, Nick, was excellent. He explained everything to us and the options for where we could site the router and his workmanship was very professional.

I've had a really positive experience with Trooli broadband. The connection has been fast, reliable, and consistent, even when multiple devices are streaming and working at the same time.

The installation process was straightforward, and the customer service team were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. Speeds have been exactly what I was hoping for, and it's been a noticeable improvement compared to my previous provider.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend Trooli to anyone looking for dependable broadband and good customer support.
