I had a new fibre board band connected today which included running a new cable from the road to the house it was z as long run in-spite of a blockage the guys did a brilliant job Talha explained everything very clearly the cabling work in the house was very neat and tidy job they did a great job well done

2 of the longest years of awful wifi finally over. Save your money and go to Vodafone. Wifi now throughout house and no buffering

Moved over to Trooli after spending many years with BT. Absolutely first class service. It couldn't have been easier. Communications were excellent. Any queries I had were responded to promptly. I am now getting far higher speeds for a lot less money. And no ludicrous mid contract above inflation price hikes like you get with BT. The broadband service has been very stable. All the Trooli staff I have dealt with so far have been extremely friendly and helpful. I initially dealt with George Hodgson in sales. And also Chris in Customer Onboarding. And Amy in Sales was extremely helpful in making an amendment to my account. And lastly the engineer who connected me up (sorry can't remember his name) did a very neat and clean job. Overall highly recommended.

Quick phone pick up, listened carefully to my questions, answered directly, followed through with confirming email and then to see if I wanted to order. Dealt with order process quickly and efficiently. 5 stars deserved

Humans answer the phone and know what they are doing, fibre service is fast and hasn't failed so far, the polar opposite of anything BT have ever attempted at my business property at least.

We spoke with George Hodgson, he was very helpful and informative. The change from EE to Trooli was seamless and a lot cheaper (4x speed for similar price).

Real disappointing. Do not believe that these guys can provide full fibre to your home. I processed an order with a real great advisor on the phone. Really great deal, really great package and lovely customer service. However after waiting two weeks for my internet to be installed (which is standard amongst most providers) the engineer that is clearly privately contracted turned up an hour and a half late of the final timing. I specificly organised a 8-1 appointment for the morning and he turned up at 2:30pm. After that shambles he proceeding to walk around my property for another hour trying to find the line in the home to which he came in and said he couldn't install the wifi today, another week later and a surveyor from Trooli emails me saying there was no line going into my home and the installation was going to take another 2-4 weeks because they had to do some works outside the property. Bit of a false advertisement really, they advertise as if you can get full fibre in your home but will wait until the day of installation to see if its really there. I had one day off to have this sorted, waited in all day and missed other arrangement because of these guys. I'm now using star link and must sing it's praises. As a manager at another broadband provider who doesn't service my area currently (which was the sole reason of going with Trooli) , it's shocking to experience this from a company that hails themselves as 'Truly fibre'

The two Engineers Shaun and Steven. They didn't give up on the installation. The duct for telecoms cable was blocked and they spent the best part of two days finding a, solution. This involved lots of digging. These two guys were relentless. They were polite and professional. After digging everything was put back. It was, as if they had never been there. As for my installation the speed is incredibly fast. 10/10 to Trooli and the team.

I had no Fibre in our area. I saw some people doing wiring by the side of road. They told me about the Trooli fibre broadband.
I contacted Trooli and talked to a friendly helpful agent called Kash about supplying broadband to our house. He explained about the contract which was cheaper and very much faster than my present supplier. We agreed a date and engineers called H and K came in time and finished wiring inside and outside house within few hours. we are enjoying the fastest broadband we ever had.

Switching to Trooli was hassle free. We had plenty of dates to choose from for an engineer to set up our broadband connection. The engineer who visited us, Syed Ayyaz turned up promptly at the beginning of the four-hour slot we were given and was very professional in setting us up. So far so good!
