We recently purchased a Mercedes SLC from Troon Cars and we absolutely love the car.

The buying process was straightforward, and Nigel and Beth were helpful and responsive throughout. After collection, we noticed a few minor issues. We contacted Troon Cars and were very impressed by how quickly they replied and how seriously they took our concerns.

They offered us clear options and are now arranging transportation to collect the car, inspect it and address the issues. As we live in London and Troon Cars is in Leicester, this practical support has made a big difference.

Anyone can sell a car, but the real test of a dealership is how they respond when something needs attention after the sale. Troon Cars have so far been professional, helpful and reassuring, and this is what makes them stand out.

Sold my car to Troon cars Ltd wow! how easy that was what a really nice guys Jimmy and his son, they came at the time they said they would from 70 miles away looked at the car for less than 5 mins and paid and gone very impressed with the way it was done. Thank you Jimmy

Avoid Troon Cars LTD!
The car I bought had multiple serious issues within days: an oil leak (initially denied, then later admitted they had “topped it up”), a diesel leak that caused strong fuel fumes inside the cabin which affected my breathing and health, and battery faults that stopped the start/stop function working. Ambient lights were not always working. While they eventually replaced the battery, they failed to complete the required Mercedes diagnostic calibration, leaving the issue unresolved.
Be very cautious dealing with Billy and Nigel. Despite claiming they personally inspect and select their cars, the number of problems suggests otherwise. Poor knowledge, poor handling of issues and an overall bad experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this garage.
Refunding me my money back is the only thing they did right.

Sold my car to them today and they were very professional and quick. Car was inspected by them and payment was made instantly. I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone wanting to sell their Mercedes Car.
