Trophy Pet Foods Reviews 

I have been a customer of Trophy Pet Foods for more than eight years and within the last year or so the customer service has deteriorated considerably.

When I first placed an order in 2015 there was a local regional agent whom I could contact directly by phone and the order was generally delivered the next day. The local agent service has now disappeared and orders must be placed on the website.

This year I placed an order on the website on 3 July and was told it would be delivered within five days - a fivefold increase on the previous level of service. Anyway, seven days later I was still waiting. I contacted customer service, who could not explain why I had not received the order, nor did I receive any form of an apology. On that occasion I was re-sent the order which arrived the next day after my complaint.

Recently, on 24 September I placed another order. On 26 September I was notified by a customer services e-mail stating the order could not be fulfilled and I was offered a full refund which I accepted. I was told that it would take up to ten working days for the refund to appear in my account. More than ten working days later it had not appeared. On contacting customer service again I was told that the refund was in fact only completed yesterday (10 October) despite my being offered it on 26 September and that it would take an additional ten working days from yesterday for the refund to appear. This would make it nearly a month since the original order was placed.

Something very bad has happened to this company whose service used to be so good and is now so poor. I will not be using them again nor would I recommend them to any pet owners.

Our two dogs have been eating Trophy food for years. They both love it. Chris and Lorraine have always delivered it very quickly whenever we’ve asked for it. Service is always friendly and excellent.

Just would like to say waffle been on Tesco food for last wk, not only has he been mental but he's been acting weird and scatty, nervous and scared of things and most of all still hungry and obsessive over his food!
He never does this on trophey!

I order my 2 dogs food from these guys for the first time. One of my dogs has bad skin allergies so i have to make sure the ingredients is a single protein Duck and no other types grains, maize etc. They made a mistake and said 3 days later the food was out of stock which yes i was not happy it took 3 days to tell me.
But the guys Joe, sandra and scott done everything right to make sure i got my food in small bags and next day delivery. Also every email i sent was answered immediately and was so polite and helpful. And my dogs love the food too. Tracey

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years with no problems,but recently i had to order a different size food but the Rep told me she had a large bag which she delivered.....Trophy cancelled my order but i am still waiting for my Refund so i can pay my lovely lady.....Its been nrly 2 weeks now......Refunds are not hard so please refund me so i can pay.............

I have been using Trophy foods supplied to my door in south Manchester for a couple of years, and have had excellent service. Our dog can be fussy about his food and, after advice from the suppliers, he likes the chicken and rice and the Special food and thrives on it. I have had amazingly efficient and quick service, which has been so helpful when I have realised that I might run out of dog food at a holiday time. Also, the price is very reasonable. I would recommend this company without reservation.

I’ve used trophy for a few years now and John and Marie are brilliant, they are easy to communicate with and order food from, they offer advice and helped us with diet both when our dog needed to lose weight and when she had pups. Wouldn’t use any other food

I first met John and Marie at Reeth show a good few years ago now. At the time we did live rather out of the way and really didn't think they would want to deliver, but it wasn't a problem at all. We have received excellent service ever since.Always delivered on time and our four dogs love the food. Marie and John are great to deal with and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 👍

Excellent service
I have been using Trophy dog food for over 12 years and John and Marie have always provided a knowledge and helpful service as my dogs have got older and needed to change due to age and dietary requirements. Friendly reminders so I don’t run out and even the dogs know the sound of the van and which door to go and wait next to to get a treat 🥰

We have been receiving excellent dog food and service from Trophy Pet Foods for a lot of years now. The food is brilliant quality, people comment regularly on our dogs condition and shiny coat! John and Marie are super helpful with any queries and extremely efficient at keeping in touch and delivering the food to our door. We have never had to look any further than Trophy Pet Foods, it's easy, does exactly what it should and more, a no brainer!

John and Marie have provided great quality dog food to our dogs for a few years now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
They are so knowledgeable about the types of food that are best for our dogs based on their individual diet needs.
Delivery is always quick and nothing is ever a problem, they always go out of their way to help-they’re both so kind and friendly.
