Iv been with Trophy pet foods for my dog for years and Matt at Trophy Torbay is absolutely marvellous for advice and prompt delivery wouldn’t have anyone else ..

Lost orders, inadequate packaging, smashed up tins on arrival and TERRIBLE communication. I understand the company is moving warehouse but these problems are long standing. I've moved to another supplier whose product arrived within 24hrs.

Don't order online.

I am a long term customer who lost their local rep. I have ordered on line since with big orders. All good, any issues quickly dealt with. I placed an order on the 25th of March. I was hesitant as the price had increased 52% since my last order but my dog loves their food so placed it anyway. My money was taken, order confirmation email but no delivery. If you phone to find our why, a machine tells you to email them. You email, NOTHING.

I have done some digging and it looks like Trophy now has new owners who it seems have hiked up the price and abolished customer service. I can't comment on the product now....they won't deliver it!

If you want Trophy product use a local representative as they have a face. Ordering off the web is just a scam

Placed an order on the 22nd March direct from the website and it has still not arrived. I’ve tried contacting Trophy but there is just no one getting back to me. Very poor service. I’m sure it can be sorted out if there was actually someone in Customer Service.

Been using Trophy a number of years and up till now never had a problem. I believe they are now United Petfood which may or may not be the reason for a decline in service.
Placed order on the 18th March, now 12th April and still waiting for it. Have completely run out of dog food and now having to use another brand, which I'll now probably continue to use

We have been dealing with Matt - Trophy Torbay, for the past six years he is very reliable (even at short notice) knowledgeable, friendly and provides great customer service. This is a great product that we would highly recommend!

We have used Trophy pet food for our two Wheaten Terriers for a number of years. The food suits the slightly fussy appetites of the dogs and keeps them healthy and alert. Having the food delivered by Michelle, who is ably supported by Curly running the logistics in the background, is the real bonus and their customer service is exemplary with an easy booking system and assured delivery. A delivery is a highlight for humans and dogs alike as it is a social occasion for both, such is the personal touch and love of dogs that is at the core of the operation. I cannot praise this business enough, and the dogs agree!

We started using Matt when we wanted to give our dog a healthier diet. Matt came with a number of samples which as our dog is lab, she loved them all 😆
But we agreed on one and have used Matt ever since.

Matt - Trophy Torbay has so far given 10 years of exceptional service for my dog Jay. Matt is polite, knowledgeable, extremely efficient, stays in contact, the service is second to none. Anybody looking for a pet food supplier in the Torbay area should get in contact with Matt – you will not be disappointed.

I was recommended Trophy Food by some friends all whose dogs of various breeds thrive on it. Having tried practically every other dried food, it had only been my own fault for not contacting Matt of Torbay years earlier than I did. Matt is brilliant, have been buying Trophy from him for about a year, no complaints, nothing is too much trouble and we really appreciate his expertise and help when needed. My greyhounds absolutely love the food and their general health has definitely improved.

Matt Trophy Torbay is still providing an excellent service over 4 years after my last review.
I now have a new Golden Retriever, Sam who has grown up with Trophy Pet Food and Matt's continued help and advice. Recently Sam has had tummy problems and Matt was so helpful trying to eliminate what it was that upset him Definitely not his Trophy biscuits but too many other treats.

A top quality product matched to our dog’s dietary needs. Delivery is always on time making this an excellent service in every way .

We have used Michelle and Curly's Trophy Pet foods for a couple of years. We are delighted with the service from them both, the quality of the dog food, and cat litter and of course the cost. Michelle will deliver the food and litter to our house within several days of placing the order. She also always leaves some treats for the dogs, which are thoroughly enjoyed. We cannot recommend them highly enough - well done Michelle and Curly great service

Matthew from Torbay Trophy has been delivering to us for a few years now, he has always gone the extra mile with his service, is polite & knowledgeable, just a text or a phone call away! The dogs love the food.

Have been using Michelle and Curly for many years now for my GSDs food and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is first class and nothing is too much trouble and when I get in contact for more food the delivery time is very quick meaning my dog never goes hungry. Michelle is always cheerful and happy when she brings it to the door and my dog is always happy to see her.

Mathew always delivers food on time and is helpful and polite and offers good advice and suggestions. Great service!
