TROPICAL AUTO SALES IN NORTH LAKE, FL
has a long pattern of customer complaints across BBB, Google, Yelp, and Cars.com, etc. with dozens of people reporting the same issues: undisclosed and intentionally hidden mechanical problems, “as‑is” loopholes, bad paperwork, and being abandoned after the sale. I’m now one of them. They sold me a defective car that gave me problems the very next day after the purchase, I tried to reach out to them, but they left me completely on my own saying
“Sorry, it’s your problem now”.
If you’re considering buying there, please look at the reviews first. This is NOT an isolated incident, it’s a trend. This dealership isn’t just “making mistakes.” They’re taking advantage of people, over and over again.
I’m speaking up because I don’t want this to happen to you.
