This firm were appointed by Arc legal Services to assist with my claim against Virgin Atlantic Airline, but were unhelpful & disinterested - falling back on jargon such as "due legal process" as an excuse not to progress the case after 6 months delay by the Airline Industry's Reconciliation progress. They clearly did not want the work, & the solicitor in question demonstrated no empathy, As a senior aged 82, I was very disppointed

I am not their client, however they acted for the Vendor in my failed purchase of a chain free one bed flat. Juniors / novices left with poor supervision. Mistakes with crucial documents. Poor communication and slow to respond. Waste of time and money to engage this firm for your purposes. Lets hope they aren't acting for your Vendor either!

Really really poor company. Everything points to a toxic internal culture. Avoid or face stress
