Banners arrived and are great! The only thing is the video showing how to assemble the banner was a bit misleading as far as what to expect on delivery. Video showed what seemed to be a supplied tube for storing the banner and stand.

I had a backdrop and tablecloth shipped overnight to San Diego. Instead of being shipped there, we received it at our billing address. They did offer to email me a shipping label to get it to San Diego the following morning, but I had already shipped it since they were not able to help me right away when I called and was given no timeline on when I would be helped. It's been a week since this has been given to their accounting department and I have not heard anything back about our refund.

quality materials, accurate color, fast production and shipping.

The fabric banner we paid extra for, was folded and badly wrinkled. I think it should have been rolled.

Thats not good customer service. If I had the time to invest in starting the process over, i would go somewhere where my project could be accommodated for the client's time table, not according to your understaffed department

Put in my notes I needed my banners on a certain date. They sent me a PDF to approve on the day I was out of office with someone else to contact if they receive this email. That approval email sat in my inbox, no one reached out to my back up and now my order will be over a week late when I noted I NEEDED this by a certain date for our event. Will not be ordering from them again.

Great service - speedy order fulfillment - excellent communication.

The product shipped a day after it should have and then I was sent a frame that had been previously used and was broken with hand written notes discussing the problem. I had to go to the hardware store to try to make it work. Someone on your end knew they were shipping me a used broken item!

Great product, great service!

this has been a disaster!! I am so frustrated in dealing with this company. I had placed an order for a client to replace a back drop banner and was promised it would be to me by a certain date and I'm in limbo!!!! Date it was suppose to arrive has already passed and I've spoken with 2 different Customer Service and I'm still not sure when I will receive this order.
My suggestion - find another company who makes these!
