Request for own shipping went ignored - but now handled!
My order number is TR00073249. When I submitted the order, I had put in notes specifically requesting that this banner be shipped using our fedex account number. When I called to clarify whether that had been done (and if we would be receiving a credit), I was told that the note had not been seen and that they would submit a request for a credit. I spoke with Elizabeth. She is the only reason you guys are getting 2 stars, not 1. Unfortunately we've had ongoing issues working with TRTBanners.
Edit:
I never again heard from the associate, Elizabeth. Chris, a team lead from TRT took over and helped to get a refund of the shipping costs, and helped to code my account to allow for 3rd party shipping. I appreciate the lengths he took to get this taken care of, and to help ensure that this issue will not occur again.

Sometimes it's hard to communicate with vendors long-distance, but the staff at TRT is quick to answer a call or respond to an email. And they never take liberties or make assumptions about a project. I will continue to use them for future needs with confidence.
