Products are great but the customer service is absolutely NON-EXISTENT. Theres no phone number to contact them on, they dont respond to enquiries made via their enquiry form. They took weeks and weeks to send the products out and they've messed up and sent two of the same size sprockets which is not what I ordered. Surprise surprise, they havent responded with a resolution. Absolutely shocking service.

Took nearly a month from paying till I received the items I did heed the please don’t contact us until at least 6days of processing the order I waited 2 weeks then sent an email to which I got no reply

Worked well, helps if you wet the tyre first.

Thanks for eventually sending the order; I’m quite sure it had been completely forgotten until I chased it down.

I have ordered their product chain tension etc and they said it's out with fedex, but fedex haven't revcieved i. contacted customer support and I've had nothing back. This company is terrible and I would stay away from it. I'm just about to go leagle on these to get my money back.

Excessive waiting time for delivery.
No replies to any chase emails.

Ordered a bundle for my partner which included a Tyre Monkey and ordered a Tyre Monkey for myself. There was a small issue with the delivery but this was sorted within a few days via email.
And wow that Tyre Monkey is an awesome piece of kit. I’ve always struggled with levers and a tyre seating tool. I’ve just changed the puncture on my winter bike and wow, it took me less than 5 minutes, it usually takes me an easy half hour. This is the reason I’ve time to write this review. Thank you Tru Tension for your amazing product and service

I've used their chain lube for about five years without any problems, until I buy their cleaning bundle with the Dirt Monkey brush! The chain cleaning spray works fine but beware if you have an O ring chain the brush may shred the rubber O rings, as it did with mine.
I searched this and seems to be a common problem when using brushes on o ring chains, it's a big No No!
So being a good citizen I report this to True Tension they said they'd never come across it before and asked for photos of damage, that was it they didn't accept their product had caused this.
I wasn't after compensation but only suggested that they have a warning on their packaging!

I ordered some items from Tru-Tension in early March and they were allegedly out for delivery with FedEx the following Monday. Having waited in, they never arrived.
After 2 weeks I was still chasing Tru-Tension for an update.
Eventually (a month later) they offered me a refund and I replied accepting this. After a further 6 weeks, this refund still had not been made. My emails were being ignored.
However when I raised a complaint via PayPal, a refund was made the next day.
Tellingly, not one communication from them apologised for what had happened.
I understand that things can go wrong, but if they want customers to buy from them they need to sort problems out rather than just ignoring them.

Ordered 2 items and received a prompt email stating my order havs been received and would be processed soon. A week later and still nothing. I emailed them asking what the issue was and when I'm due to receive the paid for items. 2 weeks later I'll still have no products but have received a dispatch email with no apologies or explanation. Terrible customer service definitely would not recommend or use again and still yet to received paid for items

PLACED AN ORDER ON THE 3RD OF APRIL, HAVE NOT SEEN MY ORDER ,NOW 3RD MAY, HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND HAD NO RSPONSE.CLEARLY THERE IS A MAJOR ISSUE WITH THIS BUSINESS, BEWARE.

Ok, I've read all the negative reviews here, and I too thought I wasn't going to receive the bike chain cleaning kit I'd ordered!
But just over 3 weeks later, arrive it did.
I had tried to contact the company but never did receive a reply. So I did think I may have lost my money.
But, all's well that ends well... a well packaged box arrived via FedEx and I have to say the kit is Fantastic and well worth the money.
So, if Tru-Tension can improve delivery times and communications, then they'd get 100% positive reviews im sure.
So, be patient and it will be worth waiting for.

Ordered the items on the 15th April order still shown as processing and no delivery date, have contacted them twice via email with no response, will be contacting my card provider to arrange getting my money back, first time using this company, never again.

Ordered the items on the 9th April and still no delivery. I have contacted them twice via email with NO response.I will be contacting the bank tomorrow to arrange getting my money back, this is my first experience using this company and am in shock how bad they are. Will never be using them again!

Ordered some levers on 08 April.
Never received the order or any response from the customer service.

Absolute rubbish! Sent 3 emails to customer services and heard nothing.
Had to open a case with PayPal after 2 weeks of hearing nothing and then surprise surprise they decided to send it… took 3 weeks to arrive and still haven’t heard from them.
Won’t be buying their stuff again that’s for sure! Shame as it looks/ed quite good!
NOT the way to look after a new customer that’s for sure!

Delivery did not arrive, have sent emails and messages and been getting no response, they also hinde their phone number so you can't call them, very poor service and generally I have learnt that you can't trust companies that don't want to put their phone number or there, tends to mean that get a lot of complaints. I would avoid them, plenty other companies selling similar products.

Order placed 24/3 …. No replies to direct mails or contact via their website.
This company has probably gone bankrupt and is trying to steal our money, Wish I’d read reviews here first.
Now raising a chargeback with the bank as these guys have no intention of talking to their customers.
Truly awful

I would give a 0 rating if a could. Absolutely shocking company. Placed my order on 4th April, It's now 16th April and I have had no correspondence from this company regarding when I will receive my order.
I did finally get one email back after several attempts through email/messenger to say they are experiencing delays but this was a generic email with no delivery info.
I have also noticed that the items I did order are out of stock on their website but strangely enough in stock on their eBay account.
Never used their products before and this is my first experience with this company.
My advice would be to buy from a smaller independent company that has stock of products.
I'm giving Tru tension until tomorrow to give me a delivery update ( that I know I'm not going to get) then I will have no choice than to make a chargeback claim through my bank.
UPDATE 28/04/23- So after finally receiving my order yesterday the motorcycle grime guard was missing from my package. So here we go yet again......... Sent email just the long long road to wait for a reply. Not only have I waited nearly a month to receive my goods, but they can't even send what I ordered..
