TruckLogics waste of money
TruckLogics waste of money, awful cloud system. I thought from the beginning this system would be a good option for our trucking business. From day one we had glitches on the mobile app, I complained on a daily basis to their support guy who would throw some excuse at me. I’ll come back to him later.
When you import a load after spending 5-10 minutes adding addresses, if the system decides to glitch and you have no option but to close out the app and restart. This is a complete waste of time. TruckLogics has no problem taking my money midnight of the day it is due! God forbid you complain to them, they will close your account because the sales guy is a snowflake. Their sales guy Sebastian told one of my employees he will not deal with me, and complained to my employee, about ME. I am the CEO and own the company. I rung his team and had to teach them about respecting their customers and manning up. Hopefully they can change their ways. Sebastian owes me an apology.

Truly garbage software
Truly garbage software. Will promise additions to the software to get your money but never follow through. Advertised ELD Integration on the website but this was never added. The software is also buggy. Constant issues that have to be resolved by their tech team located in India. Often simple technical issues would take weeks on end to correct. Don’t waste your time with this software
