Don't buy trucks from them
We purchased three trucks from Trucks Direct. While the service was excellent before they received our payment, their support became nonexistent afterward. They have been unresponsive to our inquiries and concerns. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company as their post-sale service is extremely poor. If I could give them zero stars on Trustpilot, I would, as they don't even deserve one star. If you decide to buy from them, you will likely experience the same issues.
