Never delivered and don’t respond scamming company keep away I am chasing them on PayPal to get them struck off

Do not buy, they have robbed me. I have bought from them through Debenhams and the item was torn under the hood and I found out after I wore it, but I returned the item within the return period but they refused to refund me and they said they have disposed on it. They claimed I have exceeded the return period but it was a lie.

Ordered an item, paid for next day delivery. Heard nothing from the company, no tracking. Called them on the day I was meant to receive it and was told the item was out of stock, despite it being in stock on their website. Cant be trusted. Was refunded promptly, at least.

Update to this: refund has been adjusted to £10 less than what I should be receiving. This is a small amount, however I am lowering my review from 2 stars to 1 for this, because theyre keeping the delivery fee + shipping protection fee, despite never sending anything to me. Cant be trusted, avoid at all costs

Ordered in the past and was fine this time my suit was never delivered I informed them and was spoken to like an idiot and then just completely ignored shocking customer service if you receive your order and everything is fine with it you're ok but if you actually have to deal with the company they are an absolute joke

Love the suit it's beautiful. However paid extra to change the size of the pants to a smaller size. As I'm bigger up top than the waist. They sent me the standard pants even though I paid the extra charge. When I questioned this they said they had no smaller pants in stock and for me to take them to a Taylors to make them smaller and offered the refund or the extra charge. Whilst I was happy with the refund. I don't understand why they let me order if they didn't have it in stock. I'm not in a situation where I have a wedding next week and have pants two sizes to big

Never going to order from here. Awful customer service after I returned a suit which was awful quality but was refused a refund because the tags got removed . Even charged me for postage when returning it.

We were a group of 11 people who were looking for suits for my wedding. 11x waistcoats, 11x trousers, 1x blazer… The first visit started off to a “satisfying” start. Visited shop, looked at different options & found what we was looking for. On first impressions we decided to choose these guys as they seemed to be able to offer the service & products we wanted

Choosing the x11 suits, getting the pricing & a sizing for each of us, we were told to come back in around 2 weeks time as the suits had to be “bespoke made” We paid just over £1,000.00 deposit, was told our alterations were included & when the suits sizes are in the shop we will come back to get alterations done

From this point is when things drastically went down hill. We didn't hear from the shop like we was supposed to after the first 2 weeks, no updates or anything about our order like we was supposed to. had to keep phoning & messaging to get updates

Eventually we did get the call to say our suits were in for alterations, we made the appointment to start this process - some of us had travelled 80 miles round trip

Upon arrival our appointment had been forgotten about as all of the staff were busy, either with other customers, doing alterations or generally not understanding what we were there for

When we got round to being able to see the suits & try them on, multiple suits were either too small or too big that not even alterations were going to fix. They needed to be re ordered in new / correct sizes. again I kind of let it slide because at the end of the day we didn’t really have any other option as we were so deep in & Tru Clothing had over £1,000.00 of our money for suits they had “bespoke made”

At this fitting we took along our own shoes which we sourced from a different business prior to the appointment. After trying these shoes on with the suits we had chose, (Mo) came out with the comment of “Those shoes are cheap & kak” - meaning another word for rubbish

Mo then hit us with “alterations are going to be £25.00 per person” - But Mo, you stated at the first appointment that they were included in our suit prices?! He didn’t remember that so then said that the best he could do would be £15.00 per suit

After this appointment we then had to wait for the alterations to be completed.

friends and family asked what suits I had chosen on Tru Clothings website to send the link on, Would you believe it. The shop prices are more expensive then what they advertise on their own website?! A £141.00 price difference!

I confronted Mo about this
He told me that the suits shouldn’t be listed at the cheaper online price & someone had made a mistake. for clarification as of today & 7 weeks after mentioning, the suits are still listed at the cheaper price online

After doing more research online & with other companies, I found the same suits at the same online price they sell for. Also if these suits are “bespoke made” how can others be selling the exact same suit and brand… More lies

another couple of weeks later I still had to chase Mo to ask when and if the suits would be ready to collect

Again upon arrival it looked as if we / our appointment had been forgotten about

At this appointment it was clear some alterations hadn’t been completed. 1 suit had not been ordered in the right size and the rest all over the place & different places throughout the shop

We was told to go and have some lunch then come back. We settled up the bill £1460.00

Upon getting the suits home and to each individual the alterations are AWFUL

There are ink stains on the trousers,there are stains on waist coats and the alterations on the ankle HAVE BEEN GLUED not stitched
Again I contacted Mo and sent him picture proof of this, 3 weeks have passed & NO REPLY

We all now have to have new alterations completed by another shop to get the suits to a good standard

Dont let Tru Clothing Woodgreen get away with this poor customer service and poor quality of work

TruClothing is more like TruDisaster. Avoid this place like the plague if you want any form of clothing half decent. I personally would not even purchase a pair of socks from this company.

Truclothing, assured my family as customers, looking for suits fit for a wedding, for 11 groomsmen and Groom that they were the company we needed, and were able to provide a service of a high quality. What a deception this was. Let me tell you why.

Firstly, if you want to be pressured into a sale, and rushed out of a door, these are your salesmen. No care, nor time for their customers. Every sale is made to feel like you are on an episode of countdown. Suit now chosen and desperate for our money, the lies only start here.

Let me create a picture, Truclothing offered us the “plush” service, of inviting all members of the groomsmen party to their shop for our 1st fitting. Unfortunately, not all members could attend, we preemptively told them this and were assured this made no difference to the high-quality service we would receive. Those who could attend were to come down to the shop which was 7 members including the Groom. The rest of the party could attend the shop individually.

1st Fitting.
7/11 present, and yet the level of disorganization, chaos, and topsy-turvy service provided us with no confidence. This was the wedding package; we were told we needed. Function room AKA storage basement, Changing rooms smaller than my household fridge. 1-1 time with a tailor for your party. Who spends more time on the phone and serving every other customer in sight but our party. Expressing our concerns, our tailor expressed that our suit of choice is tacky, he has better. Trusting the “professionals”. Now changing our suits, assured this was the right thing, and upping our money. We left feeling hopeful.

2nd Fitting.
Back and hopeful. Ready to see our suits tailored to fit. Panic began to hit. Half-done suits, lop-sided hems, suits muddled up between groomsmen. We were assured this was because the job was not done. Our tailor stated we were to trust the process. More money was wasted on wrongful hope, as every single stitch upped the cost, but surely lop-sided hems and incomplete work was not at a customer's fault. Despite this, our cheery deceiving tailor preyed on us as inexperienced customers, within this industry. So, we left our faith once again in TruClothing service.

Suit collection day.
Bills paid, shocked by the cost as the original quote has been adapted more times than I could count on my hands and toes. Suits were collected, wedding day nearing. Excitement has set in, but disappointment sets in quickly. Why? Let me tell you.
Pen ink on trousers? Lopsided hems, incorrect measurements, and a slapdash job. A heartbroken Groom. Time now gone, faith destroyed, and money spent, the party left in horror. Truclothing then received a complaint from each member of the party and from partners and family members, on arrival collecting suits. A solution was offered, “leave it with us”. All our confidence was destroyed; after several issues, would you leave your suits here??
For what more disaster? Suits were swiftly taken from this building. We no longer rested any faith as a party in such horrific service.

Amending the damage.
Butchered suits, needing desperate saving, we all had to source further tailors, to fix the damage. Ready for the Shock. They weren’t stitched at all, glued unsymmetrical hems, that a children’s arts and crafts club could do better. Not even stitched as promised and PAID FOR leaving private tailors mortified, and a very upset wedding party.

Here's my verdict, when to use Truclothing service, never.

Unless you want a hefty wrongfully charged bill, dodgy tailored uneven suits, and negligent service then Truclothing is for you.

I would like to provide my feedback on the service I received. I had to exchange my item due to ordering the wrong size this was promptly done for me. I had accidentally placed my watch in the packaging. I received a call informing me of this and this was returned to me. Very trustworthy and reliable company. I’m very satisfied with the service received.

I bought a pair of shoes from this company online. The toe surface cracked on the very first day I wore them. They refused to exchange or return the shoes. Offered me only 30% refund which is useless. The quality of the product is very poor. I could have bought from a cheaper company and I’m sure they will be more durable than this. Very disappointed. Would never recommend this company to anyone at all.

purchased 2 suits and only one arrived, cotacted customer service and was blown away with how helpful they were. Stated that they would start the refund straight away and investigate what had happened to my second suit. checked and refund is in my account.
will be using them again

Found this firm whilst sourcing a pair of shoes, but they didn’t have my size (UK 11, EU46). Found another company (Fruugo) that did have a UK size 11 so ordered there. All good - or so I thought…

The confirmation of my order indicated that the goods were coming from TruClothing so I guess Fruugo are a middleman (although the price was the same).

Nevertheless, the shoes arrived and, as I suspected when I first saw the order was being fulfilled by TruClothing, they were a size EU45.

Not a problem, TruClothing state “At TruClothing, keeping our customers happy is always our number 1 priority” so I was confident a return wouldn’t be a problem. Until they insisted that I return the shoes at my own expense (despite supplying a size 45 not a size 46).

Now I am perfectly aware that EU sizes do not translate directly to UK sizes but every retailer that I have dealt with consider a UK11 to be an EU46. Some consider an EU45 to be a UK10.5 but most a UK10. That is immaterial, however. I ordered a UK11 and was not supplied with such.

Approximately 20 emails later, I escalated to PayPal who confirmed their agreement that TruClothing were in the wrong and a refund was issued. Fruugo did treat me as a valued customer as I suspect it was they that picked up the £12 return cost for a £165 pair of shoes.

In summary, if you want to shop with a company that supplies incorrect sizes, try to justify it and refuse to pay the return postage cost, go to TruClothing. If you don’t and prefer to deal with a company that values its clients, go elsewhere.

I can’t recommend Truclothing enough especially Yasin who has helped us out massively! My suit come yesterday which was small and when I looked I’d ordered the wrong size, I phoned up and they asked me when I needed the suit for which is for a funeral this Thursday which only left me a couple of days, we sent the suit back gave yasin the tracking number and I revived my suit today not even 24 hours later I received my suit! Absolutely perfect! Deffo will be ordering again and thank you to Yasin for your help!!

Bought a pair of blundstone kids boots with TruClothing through Amazon. 6 weeks in and the soles are already wearing. She wears these for school where she is sat at a desk for most of the day. When compared to my blundstones and my daughter’s previous pair, the soles don’t even feel the same, they feel almost spongy. Contacted the seller through Amazon but have been told it’s “wear and tear”. Terrible customer service and, frankly, unacceptable for a pair of kids shoes that cost £80. I will not buy from these people again and I would urge others to strongly think twice also. I’m looking at my rights on taking this further.

Customer service this good is rare. To cut a long story short...

I didn't leave myself enogh time to find a suit for a wedding, ordered online from these guys, quick delivery, a little snug so i exchanged for a larger size...it wouldn't have arrived in time if it were not for the suberb customer care and genuine thoughtfulness of the business.

Correspondance was excellent, never left hanging...they did everything they could to fulfil my exchange rapidly as I was really up against it...they genuinely went above and beyond to deliver the best customer experience I have had in years...oh, and the product is also very nice, will be a continued loyal customer.

UPDATE 20/10/23 - Less than 48 hours later I have recieved my exchange for the next size up and it fits perfectly! Lovely suit.

Im not happy with the service at all. I paid full price for a three piece suit. Trouser and blazer had loose threads which would pull and ruin the entire garment. So I said Id keep the faulty trousers but replace the blazer as that was priority. They sent back the exact same blazer with the same fault. The communication does not match the actions only reason I gave 2 stars was because the guy I spoke with was understanding however im very disappointed in the dishonesty with this company as I was definitely going to reorder however now im not so sure I will.

Week before the wedding store was recommended. Went in found a suite the tailor options was given collected Thursday 2 days Before the wedding wow the job that was done was out of this world. Will now become a regular for work suits and all tailoring
As a Female this is hard to come by but this is the place to go

Very helpful with my order. The quality if the suits are fantastic.
I would recommend the others when looking to purchase a suit.

This company did go above and beyond.
Delivery was very quick and well packaged.

I ordered a gents 3 piece suit on the Thursday and it was delivered on the Monday morning. Quick, no drama and the suit was exactly as pictured/described. Absolutely delighted.
