NEVER AGAIN!!!

Just like everyone else, I needed the cash and I took out a loan with these people. NEVER AGAIN! Just be aware that if you have any issues with paying it back they WILL NOT help you out in any way. My checking account was compromised and me doing the right thing called to tell them that I had to change my checking account. But would like to see if we could work out something for me to pay this back because they had taken all the money out of my account and I didn't have enough to pay my other bills or feed my kids. I was told that as soon as we updated my account information that she would transfer me to someone who could help me set up a payment plan. Well She out right lied about that. The next person I talked to told me they couldn't do anything until the funds came back as insufficient then they MIGHT be able to do something. Really.....I have to pay more money because I wanted to do the right thing and just extend it a little bit. Thanks for taking the food out of my kids mouths. You are really a swell company. DONT EVER BOWRROW FROM THIS COMPANY. I can't wait to get this paid off, and I will never do this with a thieving company like this again.
I wish I could give them a -5 stars because I would!!!!!

Convenient Processing

It’s now my second time to take out a loan with True Blue Loans. The process is still unbelievably quick and simple. I thought the first time was just beginner’s luck, but now, I can say that they really have a convenient process in place.

Very poor communication

I applied through true blue for a loan and after entering my details was presented with a page stating I had been accepted and to check my emails. My email said they may need to call me to confirm additional information if required. I never received a phone call, just another email about 6hours!!!! After originally applying now saying unfortunately I do not meet there requirements, that's not what the website said when I applied!!! Very Mis-leading as it didn't say anything like 'provisionally approved' just that I had been accepted for the loan. Also they took £2 out of my bank which it does not mention this on there website whilst applying, proberly hidden in the terms and conditions somewhere, but it's certainly not advertised that they do this, and this was not refunded either, considering all they should be doing is checking of the account is an active account, I feel £2 is too much just for them to check this as most companies will do a 1p payment to check the card is active and still refund the 1p!!!!!
Would not recommend this company to anyone, very mis-leading and just another poorly run loan company that has no care for the way customers are treated

Very fair and helpful lender

Had 3 loans with them but got myself into a mess with the last one as I couldn't pay back what I needed to. I called them a few times and spoke each time some to a really nice woman who was really understanding and kind. She helped me sort it all out and was so nice. Most of loan companies are just nasty. I recommend them as they want to help you. Melissa F

Declined but still send constant emails

Was declined for a loan despite receiving bombardments of advertising via email. Once application is declined you are forwarded to an alternative lender whether you like it or not and I constantly get text messages and emails from other lenders - this could be linked too.

Still getting emails from this company now. Avoid if you want to protect your data.

If you don't want to offer me a loan fair enuf but stop emailing me daily with offers
