Fastastic and knowledgeable support
Our Truecall was eight years old and didn't work with the new Virgin Media fibre phone that we've been switched to. A couple of really helpful conversations with Isaac, and a couple of WebLink updates later, it's working perfectly, just as before.

I have had a Truecall unit for some time. Excellent product. I would really like to thank Truecall Customer support and Isaac in particular for outstanding Service. Over the years I have had to log a couple of calls (or tickets) and Isaac has provided very knowledgeable support with understanding and great patience. Truecall should be proud of this employee.
A must have for anyone who is being harassed by cold callers.
We bought this as my mother, who had developed Alzheimers, was being constantly plagued and scammed by charities/insurance and other financial manipulators. It was obvious to us all that any call that 'got a result' financially on a call led to the phone number being sold on. On average my mother was receiving over 30 calls A DAY from these people.
We installed Truecall on the advice of her Alzheimers clinic, and within 24 hours, the calls ceased and peace was restored to her home. An amazing product that we, as a family, heartily endorse. Buy with confidence - it really does work!
Invaluable Box
What can I say this little box has been a God send. My mother was being tortured by scam phone calls telling her she owed money; selling her magazines; selling insurance products she didn’t need; and trying to access her email/bank accounts whilst ‘fixing’ her computer. I was getting lots of calls from my mum in a distressed state. This has now been completed sorted by TrueCall Secure and any queries I have are promptly sorted by their support team. My mother’s phone is on Virgin which is poor at blocking these scammers so this is a must have!
Simply the best !
I had owned a True Call unit for 12 years and it sadly died. I contacted True Call for assistance and they were absolutely wonderful. It was found that the unit needed replacement, so I did. Throughout all of my contact with True Call the support has been excellent. The unit has to be the best on the market, it is just so good at what it does and it does what you want it to.

Peace at last!
I purchased True Call Secure to help my dad who unfortunately has fallen foul of some scams recently.
We chose to have it set to trusted callers only where all other calls get a message telling them to ring my number if its important.
We've only had this up and running for a couple of days and I'm amazed to see how many calls have been rejected by this fabulous little device. Non of whom have chosen to ring me so obviously not important!
It is easy to set up, even with a pendant alarm installed but I did have a query as to if I was doing it right as I didn't want to knock out the pendant alarm system. Issac was so helpful with advice and did some checks on the line to ensure it was all working OK.
Thanks truecall, you've given my dad some peace and me peace of mind.
I ordered a replacement truecall
I ordered a replacement truecall. Unit on 15 th December , I was assured it would be delivered. before
Xmas , no delivery, I phoned Truecall on Monday 4th January to be told it had not been posted , they apologised and. Said they would post it that afternoon next day delivery , it is. now. 8 th jan and still no. parcel, I have tried to contact by phone to no avail
So far so good.
Only just got our Truecall call blocker but so far so good. It was easy to set up and integrate it with the online system. The user guide was clear and simple. After setting it up it appears to be working just fine.
Terrible customer service
The app and its interface is brilliant doing the job that is required, but it is very badly let down by its customer support.
For several months I have been asking customer support to remove, or provide the user with the option to remove, a very annoying map on the opening page of its PC app. This map shows from where calls have originated by number, but does not change on a daily, weekly or even monthly basis, once it has been running for a relatively short period, suggesting that the data is taken over all time rather than a recent period. It therefore serves no useful purpose other than to delay the option to do anything else within the site as you cannot move off the opening page until the map has been completed, which can take up to 10 seconds, although customarily about 5 seconds. It would be very easy to put the map on another page, and slightly more difficult to give the user the opportunity to switch the map off, but True Call customer service have failed to do anything about it for over 6 months. That is very poor customer service.
The wisest £100 I've ever spent.
We've been using Truecall for over 4 years and it continues to amaze me, OK, so not the cheapest but by far the best, if I ever see Peter Jone in a pub I'll shake his hand and buy him a pint!
Judging by the call list (which you can view online) we get 4 or 5 bad calls most days and it's blocked every single one of them, must be sooooooooo frustrating for the bad guy callers, tee hee!
Totally transparent to friends, family and know safe numbers (they got straight through), and for people not in our Truecall star list we just make sure they have two-digit bypass code.
The Icing on the cake was we recently decided to switch to a VoIP phone line, which although Truecall doesn't officially endorse in most cases seems to work with a minor software tweak they can do over the phone. A big thanks to Isaac from Truecall support who made the tweak remotely, despite my VoIP adapter being almost 10 years old.
I suspect an absolute must for an elderly person living alone where the phone is a lifeline, if req. could also permit their carers to remotely adjust who can and can't access the elderly personal line without appearing to interfere, the online management system is also brilliant,
I hope my financial advisor has invested some of my shares in Truecall!
True Call - one weeks performance review
During the first week of being installed, it stopped 30 unwanted scam calls. Brilliant! Not only do we feel protected but it has saved over an hour during the week answering and dealing with these calls. We previously blocked each scam call received, however, these scammers keep changing their numbers. Thank you
Impressive operation of Truecall call blocker
Bought a Truecall call blocker for my in laws a couple of weeks ago. I contacted Truecall beforehand who were very helpful, now it is in really impressed with the way it has eliminated scam calls. Most of these calls will be from a call centre which will have an automated system to dial and cannot get through. In the star list (ie white list calls it will accept) you can set it to accept all calls from the local exchange (eg 01743*) as scam calls are unlikely to come from there. Well worth having
Invaluable and effective piece of kit.
Bought for relative about 7 years ago after they were scammed. Worked perfectly - when they died, we installed it on our landline. Absolutely brilliant - almost no cold callers get through.
It can be configured exactly how you want it to and we also use the Truecall weblink facillity so we can monitor all incoming call attempts.
Its worth mentioning that for unknown callers even with "caller withheld" you have the option to get the unit to prompt the caller to state their name and then the unit will ring and repeat their message so you can decide to either accept, reject or block that number.
Callers can be "starred" so that they get through without the unit intervening or "zapped" so the call is blocked. The starred and zapped list can be edited on the linked account web page.
We also have the call recorder add on which works well.
You do have to have caller ID activated on your land line provider fr this to work.
Its ironic, however, that nowadays, almost no-one we call or who call us uses a landline

We've had a trueCall Call Blocker for a few years now and have been very pleased with it. We like the way you can easily block unwelcome callers, and especially the way you can customise the way trueCall deals with different categories of calls.
First example, we wanted to block most International numbers, but not our friends and family - that's simple with trueCall, we just give our welcome callers a 2-digit code.
Second example, we were having a lot of cold calls from withheld numbers but we didn't want to block all withheld numbers because doctors, hospitals etc use withheld numbers. Once again it was simple, a short recorded message tells withheld callers to press a certain key if they are 'welcome' callers, otherwise to hang up and not call again. That works perfectly.
We needed a new phone recently, so we decided to try an 'Advanced Call Blocker'. After a few frustrating days with that we re-instated our trusty trueCall. To coin a phrase, nobody does it better!
It's quite easy to set up and operate from your handset, but the Internet Control Panel makes it even easier, and it's nice to gloat over all those blocked calls that are listed.
Finally, should you need any help or advice, Customer Service is first class.
Truecall Secure...Highly Recommended!
The family bought Truecall Secure for my wife's parents who were being bombarded by scam telephone calls every single day. As with many older people they were vulnerable to pressure and a lot of money was conned from their account. Quite devastating for them and the rest of the family.
Purchased and installed Truecall Secure and have it set up to receive calls form only those on the "trusted callers" list. Anyone else is directed to contact another number should they need to get through and the message is then either passed on or they are given a code which will allow the call to go through. Just like a second vetting so that another member of the family can talk with the caller.
Not difficult to set up and all activity can be viewed online. Installing this device has given the family such peace of mind! The scammers are still trying to get through, up to 8 calls a day, and every single one has been blocked. Best money we ever spent!
I really recommend this to anyone, or any family, suffering the torment of scam telephone calls. It really gives you peace of mind!

Completely brilliant
Completely brilliant. Dealt with my 93 year old dad's scam callers very effectively (and he had already been conned out of his credit cards and £500 by evil b*stards pretending to be the police). Requires a bit of effort to set up initially - but if your relative is at risk from losing significant amounts of money.... a couple of hours effort is well worth it. Helpline support (phone answered straight away on several occasions) from Isaac absolutely outstanding - nothing was too much trouble to explain or help with.
